I have never seen anybody mature so much in the span of 4 years or so. Much respect to Thomas Gilman he's become a genuinely good person. I'm excited to see what he can bring to Fix's career, he could really help rejuvenate him.

Lifelong Hawkeye here. OSU fans - You’ve got a good man in Tom Gilman. Best of luck.
Props to Gilman for being upfront about everything. Good luck Cowboys...you will need it!
Taylor and Gilman are following a legendary coach but seem like two people who can succeed at coaching.
I think Thomas would be surprised how many people are hoping they succeed. I know I ,as an Iowa fan am excited for things to shake up. I’m ready for some competition, this will be good for the sport. Maybe not great for Iowa but at this moment in time PSU needs some competition and nobody currently is doing that and hopefully this will bring back some excitement into wrestling in a time where it’s really needed.

You are a CLASS ACT my friend to say that. I am an Ohio State Buckeye fan and feel exactly the same. This is GREAT for College Wrestling! Just as Michigan football taking over the top of the conference, I’ve always said that will only make us sink or swim and it’s great for CFB. Class Act you are. Go Hawks, Go Pokes, Go Bucks!
This is awesome for college wrestling!! WE ARE!!
Gilman is such a great guy, wish all the best for him and his new team!
You don’t wanna see me anywhere! I’ll never forget that line 😂.. happy to see Gilman
think about how much fun they can have building this program. this is going to be super fun to watch. I wish them all the best!
Going to Penn state was the best thing for him he’s a perfect combination of the brands fire and intensity with Caels stoicism
Tip of the cap to Thomas Gilman - a humbled warrior is powerful force! He knows young men today need strong leaders now, more than ever. Leading from the front! As a native of Nebraska, it's been a pleasure watching TG's career. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if he achieves even higher accolades in coaching.
Finally! I've been waiting for the Gilman interview
Man, he has really really matured these last few years. Really good to see. I might have to be an Oklahoma fan now. I've always been a Hawkeye fan
Thomas is such a great hire. With this new coaching staff OSU is going to be a problem.

Nice interview for Mr. Gillman!
Just goes to show most college wrestlers are still kids. This guy has grown leaps and bounds in the last few years. Good luck movin forward.
Sheesh… when Daton is the third or fourth best wrestler on the staff that’s pretty scary lol.
This is a loaded coaching staff! In 2 or 3 years I think they will close the gap on Penn State
Mr. Gilman. We don’t use the term “Okie State”. That’s considered condescending coming from other schools.

wow. so pumped.
I’m so freaking stoked he followed DT! Gilman is one of my favorites. Anyone who is salty about past beef obviously hasn’t ever wrestled

Watch out. OSU is going to get back. Maybe not this year, but year two or three...the battle against PSU and a few others is on.
Good luck Thomas! Go Hawks!

I think they will do well. I’m also wondering if they will push for a women’s wrestling team, too!
