I think he was the worst trainer real sociedad had got in his history. He never spoke spanish when he stayed in real sociedad, and the most important think to be a good manager is the comunication with his players.

Absolutely class manager, biggest mistake united made getting rid of him, as in the same space of time, Van Gal did just as badly if not worse! Money doesn't always buy success, success is sometimes built upon time.

***** I wouldnt call him a clown by any means. I know he's just been let go by RS but in fairness I cant imagine theres a manager on this planet that could turn that trainwreck around. In terms of position our club EFC is essentially in the same position it was under DM to this day
