Mr305Maxxx if you’re talking about Bruce Lee, I have to disagree. He was disciplined in his field but grew up in Hollywood, came from a wealthy and well connected family, was an actor practically since birth (initially due to his parents’ motives) and never was “without.” He had women, fame, and wealth his entire life. No life is without hardships and perhaps his struggle was more so from within, but if we’re talking about someone desperate in prayer for the strength to endure the cruelty of life, Bruce Lee is one the last people that comes to mind.

Since I've been following goggins five months ago, I've successfully implemented the following self disciplines: 1. Working out daily 2. OMAD (One meal a day intermittent fasting) 3. Nofap (Haven't masturbated or watched porn for almost 5 months) 4. Meditation (working on it, new habit) The results have been amazing.. I look and feel so much better. I've been getting so many compliments.. the best part is I feel amazing. Goggins is so right the more you do what sucks, the happier you become.

Im doing all those except OMAD cus I tend to get gerd if i dont eat. However, gerd seems to have disappeared 90%.

This dude right here didn’t take my soul, he spoke to it! He added logs to my inner fire and helped it to burn brighter. I dropped 40 lbs in 90 days and transformed my life. I learned to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and became a BEAST! I’m in the best shape of my adult life and I am looking forward to what the next 90 days will look like as I do more shit that I don’t want to doin the quest for the best representation of self. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!

The reason this guy makes sense is because he's LIVED it. He's not some text book taught dude..preaching. I feel like he's been there, and he also is in it still. He's never stopped for a minute. I can tell you, this man saved me. This man made me find myself. He IS my hero. He IS my role model. And... I'm a female. He's reaching EVERYBODY. And I found him on Joe Rogan, btw. The first time he was on. Please please don't ever ever stop ... You've made such an impact on my life... I brought myself so far in the past decade... And then I plateaued.. got bored. I actually ran 12km ! After 30min I had back pain, I just keep going and the pain was gone after 10min. At the end I almost pass out twice and I was drenched in sweat, today I really pushed to my limit. Yesterday was leg day and right know my legs are super stiff and sore (cramps incoming).

@@kingdaleclarke I broke 6 ribs 3 vertebrae, femur popped out of my leg, had part of my quad removed.. also broke my left collar bone and left rotator cuff.. I was bed ridden for 4 months with a broken aback and had 2 surgeries on my femur 1 year no walking.. fast forward to now I’m all good!!

His philosophy is beautiful. It’s almost as if he works so hard he punishes himself and works off any bad karma he has voluntarily. This seems to be what gives him inner peace. Murdered a 14.29km run today barely stopping. Timed myself in the first 1.5miles against SQT standards and barely made 10:30. This is a HUGE milestone for me. I grit my teeth through the hardest parts and thought about reaping fucking souls Goggins thank you so much for getting me to where i am today i owe you EVERYTHING.

Goggins is the best inspiration we got! Just remember when you start copying his training mentality remember that he had to stop training all together for 6years because he never stretch his body. He talks about this alot how he does 2-3 hours of stretching every single day! If you start with 10min a day now you will be the master in 2 years! Hip and Quad stretches are the first ones you should focus on, also check out my favourite stretch = squat 30/30. Sorry for bad English spelling. Take care everyone from Thailand

I've never ran more than 5k in my life, until about a month ago when I discovered Goggins. I bought his book, and became inspired with his story. First day of training I ran 14k. I was exhausted half way through, but kept pushing and not giving up, even though I couldn't just said "This is impossible without training". Not impossible. Today I ran my first half marathon, with very little training. I started from last place in a 10,000 people race, and let me tell you how satisfying it was passing 7-8 thousand people and taking each one of their souls by doing it. One of the most gratifying feelings of my life.

I was sooo waiting for someone to put together his instagram videos together.... Thanks guys for doing this. You guys are definitely one of my favourite youtube channels. Your Arnie videos are among the best ones I have seen. THANK YOU

Let’s not forget the fact that this man went through seal training a 3 phases of hell week of seal training while having a hard time physically to find out later after he started running long distance that his heart was only operating at it 75 percent capacity! But whatever I've heard on KZread from these guys, it's just straightup hard to swallow pills of truth. Nothing less, nothing more. And it has inspired me to expect pain and hardships in life, but also to try my best to overcome them, while giving no flying f's to anything that comes in my way, including myself.

I say exaxtly this every time someone asks me how i stick with it after all these years...lol. My trainer is a retired SEAL also. I say to people, "ask my trainer if I'm 'motivated' when I arrive to do a sesh. He will tell you, "Hell no! Never, not once. But she's dedicated!". Lol

I’ve watched this video thousands of times - there is a line that was cut out of the video at 2:20. The line that was cut was goggins saying: “every day you’re trying to figure out what you’re capable of. And that’s the big question; WHAT ARE YOU CAPABLE OF?” Why was this question taken out of the video?? It was such a hard hitting and crucial part of the speech?!?

If u have a chance to run with David Goggins and you also have his phone number. And you give up that opportunity. That’s like throwing away a thousand dollar an hour personal training session. And a ten thousand dollar psychology lesson!!!

This mentality of pushing yourself to the limit reminds me of Vegeta, he is always pushing himself physically to the limit. Maybe that's why he is my favourite DBZ character.

Goggins outlook is amazing. It’s like when I went to boot camp. Hated it but sucked it up and pressed on. When it was over and as the months passed I missed the physical and mental test it provides. David lives with that mindset and everyday test himself. Very few have that mental toughness. Very few.

Revelation 20:15 ''Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.'' Through Jesus Christ, God offers you a FREE gift - forgiveness. All you need to do is repent, turn away from your sins and evil ways, from now on put your faith completely in Jesus Christ and be obedient to Him. Biblical explanation of the Gospel: God doesn’t want anybody in hell, but you must understand why we deserve hell and why those who refuse to live under His authority will go there. He gave us the law (Ten Commandments) not to make us righteous, but rather to show us our sin (Romans 3:20). God gave us free will and since Adam sinned in the garden, sin is the nature of our flesh and we ALL have sinned. (Romans 3:23) The law demands death to those who sin (Romans 6:23). Since we have all sinned, we all deserve hell. Revelation 21:8 says that all liars will go to hell. Yes, even if you have lied once in your life, you are sentenced to hell - that's how high God's standards are of moral perfection because God is holy and righteous, there is not one sin in Him. None of us are good in God’s eyes, because for God good means moral perfection. We all have broken God’s commandments, we all have sinned in our lives so none of us are good. ‘’For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.’’ (James 2:10). Our carnal mind is hostile to God; it does not submit to God's moral law and it never will (Romans 8:7). We hate the thought of God for the same reason a criminal hates a policeman - we know we have sinned against God and are guilty of it and we don't want to be damned. No good works will ever save you. You can't earn salvation by good works, because God will judge us for our sin. Good News is that Jesus Christ lived a perfect, holy, sinless life and He died for our sins according to the Scriptures, He was buried and He was raised from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.’’ (John 3:16) We aren’t saved by our good works, but only by the grace of God through faith in Christ. This is how you can get saved from sin and hell - repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ. Get to know Him by reading God's Word. So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.” (Luke 11:13) ''What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!'' (Romans 6:15) ''Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out'' (Acts 3:19) Repentance is a turning away from sin and all evil works, and it always results in changed behavior (Luke 3:8). Biblically, a person who repents does not continue willfully in sin. While sorrow from sin is not equivalent to repentance, it is certainly an element of scriptural repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Do not play a hypocrite. ''God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.'' (1 John 1:5-6) (John 3:3) Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." Ever since I saw a video of this man on Tom Bilyeu show I've started really examining my vida ,I've never really known who I really am or why I'm here .I gained over 30 pounds over the last 3 years and pretty much become comfortable where I'm at like David Goggins has said but now I'm finally changing that for the first time I'm doing things I absolutely hate and familiarizing myself with them.
