To see GOGGINS show emotion like that chokes me up. Makes me want to hug that man! I couldn't imagine holding in all that emotion your entire life to become the indestructible machine he is. To get tears out of GOGGINS seems about as hard as getting blood from a rock...he's a proud man and should be proud of those tears. God bless GOGGINS!

I am sure he feels emotional all the time haha, I cant comapre myself to him, but going through this journey of mental callousing - aka becoming the damn best does take out ur emotions. I never cry, but sometimes thinking about "hard" I have become makes me tear up a little bit - those are the tears of pride !!!!

I myself went through tons of struggle. Neglect, abandonment, mental and physical abuse, teased, ganged up on, looked down opon and the list goes on and on. I fought every step of the way, and wouldn't changed anything if I could go back. Though my past makes me feel like an outcast even to my current age of 36, I value my wisdom gained by my struggles. Hearing Goggins speak affect me because it makes me feel like less of an outcast. Always find a way, or die trying.

Total respect, but sadly, I haven't seen this guy smile once in any of his videos. I admire the dedication to himself and to his country- his achievements are awesome, but there is a whole different life outside the mental cage of thinking in terms of war, warfare, fighting, and becoming tougher and tougher. There is a lighter way of being.
