Just watch the band members' faces towards the end of the solo. It's like they cannot believe they are sharing the stage with him. It must be such an honour to play with this man.

I've been a Pink Floyd fan since The Wall in 1980 and they have been my favorite Rock group the past 41 years and this song by David Gilmour is my absolute favorite and this performance with these back ground singers is out of this world awesome! 👌 I know I'm beyond blessed to live my life with their music 🎶 ❤ God bless the band and all those who have worked with them to create music that will never again be recreated ❤ 🙏 💚

Obliv compare it to a great day for freedoms solo from live in Gdańsk. That one has emotion pouring from it too and is equally as good

All song is marvelous, but every time I am playing this video I can not finish the song, when it is going to finish, I come back to 5'03", and I repeat at least, three times.... no words my feelings with this solo.., one of the best of David, my favorite guitarist, a legend for the music.

i'm a little bit addicted to this song. i think the solo is the best he's ever done. my favourite, at least

Agree this is the very best Gilmour's backing vocals that has performed with David and/or Pink Floyd; overruns Sam Brown's team choir!

I absolutely adore this particular version of In Any Tongue, the choir doing the chorus is just spectacular! One of those cases of a live arrangement being even better than the original recording!

Gilmour is like Porto Wine that gets even better with age. The solo is one of the best ever.

He said in an interview on the DVD extras on Remember that Night " I feel like I won the lottery playing with this Band" . David snagged him Crosby and Nash. I saw him play with David Crosby last Summer in my City of Lowell Mass. I love David looking at him at the end of his solo for Steve's big finish.

Especially 5am and And Then... They are unsung exceptional day openers and closers. Imagine sunrise/sunset when you play them. It's ineffable euphoria.

best concert ever , 1977 I saw Pink Floyd in Houston at Jeppesen Stadium. It poured down rain with mud everywhere but no one cared. I was young , had time to kill that day and the next and next.

Losing Keith Emerson and Greg Lake in the same year was hard enough. Can't even imagine what this would be like. David, along with Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman of Yes.... I may wear black on those days.
