Dave's Reaction Liam Gallagher Roll It Over
Музыка
Hi there friends! This song was suggested by @RomanoLemm!
Just going to put this out there: Dave says "Phenomenal" more than once and makes a lot of pleased type noises all throughout.
This one was amazing. Everything aligned for this performance as far as Dave was concerned.
Thanks for the great suggestion Romano!

Nice, thank you for fulfilling the request! Liam absolutely nailed this one!
Crazy to think Liam pulled off the very best rendition of Roll it Over 20 years after the song’s release. Biblical.

Only live rendition. I'm sure it would've been biblical in early 2000
This was never played live in the Oasis days. The first time it was played live was by Liam in 2022 and it is still in his setlist now. Such an underrated tune!
Since going solo Liam's voice has just got better and better. There was a lull at the end of his time in Oasis but he's back to his best.
Noel is the greatest composer of the last 30 years, it's that simple..."over here we like Dave Mathews's band" 🤣🤣🤣🤣, love you guys, you have a really cool content.
My wife and I were at that gig. Unbelievable how good it was! 90,000 people there on the Saturday and it was nothing but good vibes. What a show 🤯
This song is absolutely amazing and this version is unreal when you think how many years Liam has sung like he has. Truly epic
Even better than the album version
Love it how this guy doesn't keep pausing it like the rest of them do.
Your reaction is tremendous!!!!! Your opinion is qualified, thank you! Liam Gallagher is the last true rock star ALIVE...he gives it all just the way he is. Greetings from Córdoba Argentina.🍻🍻
Love every Oasis related reaction! Thank you for this one! Roll it over is indeed an amazing song 👏
You're bang on with this reaction and as a Noel fan I have to say Liam performs that brilliantly but once again bottom line is its another song written by a genius. 🎸👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Did you ever see that quote by Pete Doherty before he was famous? Noel is a poet and Liam’s a town crier.
Your reaction is just amazing and sums up how most of us feel when we hear Oasis and Liam.
Incredible vocals
I think Noel’s song writing is the great rock n roll hustle. He has taken the music that he loves like the Beatles, the Kinks, T-Rex, the Sex Pistols and more and taken the essence from these bands and songs and created his own tunes. Very clever to skirt around these old tunes and then present them to us in a fantastic new sound. It is almost like a he was paid by a massive corporation to repackage the 60s and 70s. Brilliant to be honest.

I've said this for years....haters just say he stole songs but he didn't, he took the best parts of some of the best songs by the best bands and made it his...and he did it/still does it so well even tho Noel is now doing what he wants and doesn't appear care about the reaction...fair play to him tbh.
This was at Knebworth, the place is some of Oasis’ biggest and most iconic gigs. Liam sold out two nights solo last summer and I was lucky enough to be at the one you’re reacting to tonight. He gave us that never got the 96 Knebworth “our” Knebworth, I was 2 the first time around so for him to do it for us last summer was amazing and one of the best gigs of my life.
This is an Oasis song which they didn’t perform but Liam smashed this to bits. Proper hair-raising, goosebumps performance! Glad you covered this and said it like it is. Amazing!

We were listening to the Knebworth 22 CD in the car the other day and we were blown away by it again. Dave said to me that it was a perfect live recording.
a fuckin masterpiece the choirs are phenomenal and the guitar solo kills it
Absolutely loved this - "nice one.."
liam sounding great, noel still writing good music its time they get the band back together before we all get old
This sounds amazing! Wowza
the bad boys of rock as they used to be known in the 90s....
He's not kidding, that's just phenomenal
I was in the crowd. It was absolutely biblical live.
Hi Dave. Love that you reacted to this song. What an excellent live version that was! I’ve been a massive fan of Oasis since I was a teen in school (mid 90s). An exciting time for music in the UK for sure. This song is from Oasis’ ‘Standing on the Shoulder of Giants’ album. Give it a listen. I think you’ll enjoy it.
That goes straight to my top 3 favourite reactions I’ve ever seen 😂👊🏻
This song was the last one in Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants album and it was my favourite one of that album. Interestingly, this was one of those rare cases where Oasis never played it live and there are very few cases, at least with album songs, not B-Sides. And I never understood why they never played it live, because it sounds amazing. There's also a demo of this song with Noel on vocals. Another one that Oasis never played live was 'Hey Now' from What's The Story Morning Glory.

you took the words out of my mouth
That’s truly an amazing version of that truly amazing song. I think Noel wants to play to stadiums like this again. I think Oasis could sell out a world tour twice in a row. Let’s get it goin Gallagher brothers!!!!
OASIS LIVES FOREVER!!!
First Time I’ve seen this one too. I was right there with on that Dave… I’m off straight to watch that gig!!!
I love your reaction to this . This one got my blood going too . phenomenal ( The other secret weapon was those back up singers in that Bridge , Crazy good )
This was one of oasis most underrated songs..it’s amazing live
I think we all underestimated Liam. When Oasis split, our money was on Noel. Noel has created some great music after Oasis but Liam has showed a growing maturity and professionalism. And this performance is incredible. Liam sounds fantastic.
What a sleeper, incredible.
I was at that gig, nice. Great reaction.
or something else, so many great performances from these shows
I was there 2nd night. Absolutely epic weekend.
Once again with Oasis, the band sounds great. Thanks for all your time and effort guys.
Dave come over uk and see Liam and Noel live please
No joking a love this reaction
I agree 100% with the Pink Floyd comparison! Longtime Oasis fan and love the different sound they went with on this album as a whole.
That was great, pure and simple. You can hear all Liam’s influences. He sounds fantastic. Thanks Dave & Shecky ❤✌️
Noel the songsmith
Love your Video AS ALWAYS
Mate. I can't disagree. Thisnwas fucking phenomenal. This gig was a return to Knebworth for Liam for the first time since 1996. Their greatest, most record-breaking shows back then. So you can understand why Liam made sure these 2 night's at Knebworth were gonna be fucking EXCELLENT. Btw, don't knock Dave Matthews Band, they're pretty damn good! 😆 Edit: You mentioned Pink Floyd. You mentioned The Beatles - yes, you can hear both of them in this song. Oasis NEVER played this song live - this is the very first time it's been played to an audience).
Keep up the oasis reactions! Very good!!!
Great gig
Amazing
It's a shame that Oasis never performed this song live but Liam gave the song a good tribute
a very good version of this song for sure
A muse song I think you guys missed is “the Big Freeze”. Don’t think they’ve ever performed it live but I wish they had!!
A good one to check out by Oasis is Fade In Out at Earls Court 1997.
best oasis song live with fade in out
From Oasis' underrated album Standing on the Shoulders of Giants. You should react to Where Did It All Go Wrong? live from Jools Holland 2000.
Biblical!
This is not autotuned? If not it’s absolutely amazing👌🏻👌🏻
Why don’t you get over to an gallagher gig dave
dave have you seen liam live in concert ? if you havent you need to see :)

He hasn't!
Big stadium sound. Great audio mix. Alot of Liam Choruses remind me of the one in Mott The Hoople's "All The Young Dudes". Even so, great music and the guitar and drums really step up the magic. Here's an immediately catchy rock pick for Dave with some neat drum fills and guitar tangents. Also the name of the band is sure to Baffle and bewilder Dave. It's the band, Oblivion Protocol with the tune, "This is Not A Test" kzread.info/dash/bejne/hZ6brsaQaLHNiLg.html
Dave I have one for you……..you need to do headshrinker live by the sea…trust me
Got a feeling these knebworth 22 vids have been “enhanced”
It kind of amuses me that the reason they split up was because of Liams lack of professionalism. Turning up drunk or high all the time. (or just not turning up at all) Then they split up and Liams forced to be professional just to prove his brother wrong. The irony isn't lost on me. It must annoy the f**k out of Noel seeing Liam do what he wanted him to do all all along.

I wish Noel would forgive him.
This guys got skid marks
The band sounded great .I'm just not a fan of Liam. Here's one I suggested ages ago but got reminded of today. Time by wintersun. Dave will love it. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZomB2a6xdrGxg5M.html

@@samechick honestly I don't know but knowing them probably not but it is proper epic. I understand the 10 minute thing. Maybe give it a watch urself and see if you think it would be worth the extra time.
