Traveling Wilburys werw formed SIX YEARS after this concert

Crazy that the US didn't go for Edmunds yet they made Juice Newton's version of this (which was ok, but inferior to this) a big hit. Sadly, a lot of Americans don't even seem to know of the Edmunds' original.

This is a pretty good version but Juice Newton's version has an energy that this doesn't. Maybe just her voice and moving it up a couple steps

​@@leftyleemanthe record sounds much better than this live version and, yeah, I agree with the OP that Dave Edmunds studio version sounds much better than Newton's.

Brilliant his best in my opinion 10 out of 10

Every time I hear Juice Newton’s version I cringe. This is the way it should be sung.

It's good but not better than Juice Newton's version.
