Dasa Full Exhaust and Team Alba Racing ECU Tune

This video shows a quick install of the Dasa full Exhaust system. This is the classic Dasa exhaust with polished header and mid pipe. I also shipped my ECU to Team Alba Racing out in California for a flash tune. The mods you have to add for the map they have flashed on to your stock ECU is:
-Full Exhaust system, (not sure about slip on exhausts)
-Remove your Air Box Lid.

I used to have a yfzr. Loved it, went with the vortex and it was a wild animal. Wish I would have kept it. I’m glad to see a video with someone using the alba flash tune! So far the only one I’ve found. If I get another yfz this is the route I’m going. I have some suggestions though to help bullet proof your quad! DID o/x ring chain sprockets of your choice, Glann front sprocket guard, swing arm plate from gytr, UNI air filter, 2013 cable holder Ais block off 2009 clutch basket kit The ais delete and 2013 cable holder ditches some useless weight and gives it a cleaner look. It’s a pain to do though it requires taking off the tank. The stock chain sucks weenies and mine was shot with 5 hours on the quad. I have a crf450r now and wish I would have stuck with the yfz 🤣

Good to know thanks for the info! The Alba ecu reflash completely changed the machine. It’s so awesome now. It had a bit of a bog stock and it completely fixed that.

Awesome review and installation! How has the bike been doing as of today? Any changes to your setup? Also, how hard was the head pipe and mid pipe installation? Seems like the rear OEM shock reservoir would block the pipe.

Its been running flawlessly to this day. Haven't changed anything to my set up yet. will be doing the AIS delete next. The only struggle i had installing the header and mid pipe was getting them to fit together enough to make all the mounting holes to line up on the muffler. The mid pipe has a indent on the side that faces the shock reservoir and clears it perfectly.
What if I buy it from alba will it send the ecu flash

Once you by the ecu flash from alba. They will provide instruction on sending your ECU to them so they can flash it and send it back to you.
Is it normal for fire to come out of the exhaust a soon you put it on?

All of the aftermarket exhausts I have added can shoot flames. In some riding areas a spark arrestor is required on the exhaust.
