Starkiller, because he bested several Jedi Masters, several Sith Lords( proxy being proxy) and even Bounty Hunters. He is the depiction of brute force and experience. I could see Kylo possibly standing a chance, but not much.

@A.K Thomas Starkiller IS still canon. Anything with Lucas' approval is canon, and TFU's lightside ending got his approval. Disney doesn't dicatate what is Star Wars canon, ESPECIALLY given their current track record.

@V-Rex Nope. Sorry she isn't. To quote Vader "You've defeated an old man and an outcast!" Rey defeated a crippled Palpatine, and that's it. And even then she just used Lightsabers to kill him, Starkiller pulled a Star Destroyer out of orbit in-canon. Yes TFU main game and lightside IS STILL CANON. Lucas gave it his official stamp of approval and even said it's what happens between RoTS and ANH. Starkiller dies, sure, but his feats destroy anything Rey has done.

At least Galen has a reason. When he was a kid he was already stronger in the force than his father (as stated by Vader when he mentioned that he sensed someone far more powerful nearby) Than Galen was trained by Vader since he was a toddler. Rey on the other hand, didn't even know she was force sensitive.

J T In the beginning of episode 9 the emperor states that he did die, we just aren’t told how he came back. It’s implied that he transferred his essence into a clone. A theory of why he is weak and hooked up to a medical machine is because the dark side drains life force and the clone bodies unlike his original aren’t powerful enough.

High ground and high air are very different When vader (presuit on mustafar) jumped on top of kenobi he was still higher than him but he didn't have any ground so he failed

@@pineapplescat Finn surviving wasn't the bad part, it was more like Kylo surviving being slashed across the face. Finn didn't die because he was grazed by a saber with extreme heat, which is why he almost instantly passed out from shock and barely survived, it wasn't deep enough to kill instantly. Kylo on the other hand was slashed across the face with enough to destroy his mask but not him, it should have completely mauled his face.

Shaak Ti's death in Force Unleashed is more impactful and more honorable for a Jedi Master as powerful as she is, rather than her boring death in canon. At least Galen survived his lightsaber stabbing from Vader. Heck, Tasia Valenza and Susan Eisenberg, both Shaak Ti voice actresses should collab. :)
