This looks interesting, and I love Scott,Jean and Illyana out Xmas shopping. But, when Illyana gave the Rule of Limbo to her, they're clauses in the contract explicitly about this. This is EXACTLY what Dani was worried about. That story couldn't even finish before we saw ads for this event, showing the character development she was getting was seemingly for nought.

Yeah, I'm really annoyed they already seem to be walking that back. The storyline in New Mutants was great.

I don't quite understand how Spidey's new costume works. Every penciler draws it differently...

It's great seeing the Amazing Friends again, kind of shocked Kamala is here. Either way I can't wait to read this, especially since I'm not the biggest fan of the current Spider-Man run

Love the Amazing Friends reference, but I really hope this ends with Ben back as Scarlett Spider and his relationship with Peter fixed, and Madelyn get over it, you have Limbo I thought you wanted to move on, let Scott, Jean and Havok go and fix your relationship with Cable, the son you tried to murder or go kill Sinister

@juscryandsyd I mean, if Marvel's gonna keep doing stories for spider man where he teams up with 2 other spider people, you might as well have him work with his technically triplets. I believe they even all still have similar memories. So you could really do a fun thing word there technically his brothers.

At least Ben Reilly still looks like Ben Reilly on the inside of that costume

I LOVE ILLYANA'S DESIGN

Spider-Man wears the Osborn costume, it means that it is during the present and it is not yet known what happened to Peter in Pennsylvania six months ago. My enthusiasm under 4 out of 5 stars

Honestly, I do like how Emma has not gotten that memo. I think the Cerebro podcast put it best; a lot of artists came into comics initially whilst they were doing illustrations for fashion megazines. Storm definitely got that Grace Jones moment in the 80’s. Meanwhile, nowadays, drawing hero costumes is much more marketable. That and the insanity that is the Hellfire Gala. X-terminators does have a bunch of the women go out partying in LA because Dazzler is the one in her 30’s wanted to get hammered with her friends who’re in their 20’s. It’s a dumb miniseries but it’s the best kind of dumb.

That fact that Spider-Man is going fight Venom and Chasm back to back is going to be crazy

@@justindixon1586 That was Dylan. Dylan is currently Venom, Eddie is the King in Black. *Eddie* will likely be a villain of sorts here, while his son Dylan will be helping the heroes. That's sort of in-line with what the FCBD issue was promising.

Eddie is no longer a villain, which is what makes him being here so out of place. Which can work for this book's advantage. Either: 1- Eddie is being manipulated/coerced/Blackmailed to help somehow. 2- Eddie is being corrupted, which is sort of in-line with what was revealed by Venom#10 and set up by the FCBD issue. These are my theories at least.
