Dude is getting strong. I wrote that Black Knight sword is really powerful and after kindling to 20 flasks +4 you can drink your problems away. You're gonna see the bottom of the bottle no more. Actually three or 4 nice boss fights and it's over. Imho Bosses are not the main thing in DS1. It's the way to them. I'm doing my 6th run (NG5), I have 1650 HP and anyway one hollow with a broken sword needs 4 swing to bring me to zero. So one hollow with a broken sword makes over 400HP damage (over 400 because my upgraded armor reduces the damage actually). Overall it is insane. So if it happens you die in a boss fight (as a boss needs 2 swings by the way to bring me to zero, even the stupid gargoyles ) well it is the path back to the boss area which is actually dangerous. Yes, you might skip the enemies but that's lame. I one-shot many of them but anyway... they hurt. That's the hard side of DS, I think all three chapters.
