I’m so glad you’ve both found peace and are helping others do the same. I have had some pretty dark days recently I’ve watched people close to me face death. It’s so helpful to hear these conversations.

This has been the most wonderful conversation to experience. Thank you both so much for doing the hard work on your own journeys. I’m a 61 yr old woman, just beginning to deconstruct. My mind is achey, but I have so much hope ❤.

Reality is ineffable. It's a mystery. Reality is just THIS without the mind's interpretation of what this is. The mind creates a filter over reality which is just a reflection of reality. It's not reality itself. Reality is experience. Reality is what is experienced by the six sense gates..seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, smelling, and thinking. There's the raw experience of the senses and then there's our interpretation of that raw experience. Too often we get caught up in the interpretation and not that actual experience
