You cannot fail to get buzzed up by Danny’s fishing/enthusiasm! Another great podcast 👏🏼
Love this. Respect for Dan and Rich 👌
Dan is an absolute legend. Has helped improve my angling more than anyone over the years.
Belated respect for Danny, his evident love of Elstow tells a lot. And of course his Embryo initiative de served great respect.
Whatever you think of him he has done alot of good for carp fishing and he seems like hes a great boss
Listening to this has made me smile all the way through it , bringing back so so many good memories over the years being on there
So inspirational listening to Danny talk with such enthusiasm 👍
Danny is so down to earth. Pleasure to listen to the man
Really enjoyed that, those aerial pics of the lake drained are eye opening and not what I expected.

Great podcast, Danny is absolute quality
Awsome podcast Danny🎙 some beautiful fish🎣
Love it perfect bank time listening with 2 of the people I enjoy listening to the most! Rich is perfect for this job I’d love to know half his knowledge and history of carp fishing

It's all out there... in books, old mags etc. If you have a passion, the knowledge follows on...✅
Really enjoyed this both of you 👏👏
Great memories Dan 👍😊
Could have listened to another couple hours of these tales. I had my first 2 30lb + mirrors this year, 45 minutes apart at rh fisheries. Best nights fishing I've had.
what a great podcast
About time been waiting for another podcast with the main man Danny Fairbrass. The enthusiasm is brilliant, gets me buzzing for getting back fishing 🎣.
Fantastic Danny carp legend
I remember fishing St Johns at linear probably about 20+ years ago and seeing the Elstow boys turn up and absolutely rince it by spodding with 3 on the spot which is now known as the linear method but it was all started at Elstow.
Never understood the hate he gets met him multiple times through tongy as was on welly at same time and was a nice guy who was happy to talk . And I guarantee most of us has a korda product in their box so like I said the hate is ridiculous

Hybrid soft yep Palomar knot to a link loop had no snapping issues bloody good hooklink
I meet some lovely people at elstow, friends for life. Also though the biggest cunts I have every come across in carp fishing. I loved my time in the clay got a personal best that still stands today. Clear how much Danny loved it to, one lesson from this all enjoy what you have while you have it because it ain't necessarily going to be there for you to go back to.

have heard lots of stories about some of the behaviours on there & they're shocking. I get that Dan is being a diplomat when he say's "that's ok as it is them doing what they want to do" but they should be called out for being selfish pricks that gave carp fishing a bad name at the time.
Danny’s the bbbbbbbooooooooiiiiiiii
mega podcast ...
yet another great pod cast
1:37:12 That tickled me 😂gotta love Rich
I've been waiting for this episode to be made for ages, really enjoyed the history lesson here. Would it be possible for the video feed to show the pictures that you guys look at in the Podcast? I know audio only platforms would make this request irellevant but watching the casts on KZread, it's sometimes frustrating to not be able to see what you're looking at and talking about.

@@mikemccaine4229 Pretty much all the Korda podcasts to this point on KZread feature sections where they're talking about something they're looking at on the screen. Photos of fish etc. This is the first one where the YT video switches to show us what they're looking at (sometimes). I was simply asking if in the future, the Podcasts can be edited so we can see what they're talking about all the time.

For Danny to not be in the in crowd at Elstow. Seen as a bit of a big shot, and not helped hugely by the clique .I have to say what a decent, humble guy he is. I was once quite anti Korda being an old fart. Even called a Nazi by Cundiff lol Danny has indeed made more of an impact in peoples carp fishing than just about anyone

If elstow is now drained what happened to the fish. The sarga of them being drained and house or factorys being built has been going on for years just a shame another historic water has been lost to progression.

Quite a few of those Elstow fish look like shitty Simmo’s to me. Each to their own.
Why does Rich constantly talk at the same time as Danny? Annoying
Coppins make premium select not skrettins . I’m actually surprised by his lack of common knowledge. He even forgot what a blood knot was called 🤷♂️ Not knocking the guy though. Shows you the real man behind the camera
