So pleased to see Ritchie looking so well. It was a long time coming but I know my mum and dad (John and Eileen Walker) would be very proud of you Ritchie. Thoroughly enjoyed the podcast and can’t wait for part two.

Strange to think there will be a generation of angler watching this that won’t appreciate the greatness they have just witnessed. Carp fishing legends. Brilliant podcast 😎

That's one of the best podcasts I've ever seen. Looking forward to part 2. Bumped in to Richie & Pete years ago at carp society early meet ups at the pub. My mate fished with Richtie on Richmond Park, and a surprise once was when my washing machine broke down & i opened the door to the engineer & there was Pete Springate! Lol.

Pete Springate was the man that transitioned me to proper carp fishing that early 90's Wraysbury brace where he was drenched wearing the green Richworth T shirt even though I was catching carp it was basic with luncheon meat a crystal drennan wagler float he opened the world to carp rods bigger reeels optonic alarms and boilies

absolutely brilliant podcast. very very enjoyable. the redmire commons coming from Alders was completely new to me. I'm assuming they went into the Trout Lake as there were loads of them in there & I thought that was where the Big Lake commons came from over the years? Anyone expand on this? Never knew about all of those gents living in Epsom until Richie mentioned it. I had friends who lived on Downs Road & I would have been up there punishing them something rotten if I'd known as a kid :D
