"Be with your heart, be with your questions." I've also been in grief pretty much all day today and that short three-minute practice completely lifted my spirits. So beautiful and I am so grateful. I'm planning on carrying this stillness exercise over into my morning practice. And the word I got was "peace". I've actually tuned into Danielle two times this week, grateful for her wisdom and service, and also to Tami for facilitating the dialogue and allowing me to reach the medicine I needed in my current moment

I love you!!😘 Now, the world can be a nasty crazy place out there, we need a lot of courage and we need a lot of resilience after that, and we will fall down before we stand up… What really matters is the silence of the night in our conscience, when we are alone. We cannot control what happens but we can use what happens. We have so much reserves of love and support inside us, if we can just remember that in our mind and move on.
This was so enjoyable and finally I heard someone saying what I've been thinking about this is awful, but such a chance for deep and meaningful change in the world. Thank you both for doing this.
