Neighbor's its monsoon season here in Korea. We're getting alot of rain with very high humidity. I thought I would take the time to show you how to make one of my favorite soups (of all time). It's a spicy version of Korean Beef & Radish Soup. And it originates from Geyonsang-do province. Pair it with a bowl of hot rice and you got yourself an beautiful meal.

"that coffee lady" was served coffee at undrinkable temperatures - the company knew it was brewing and serving it too hot and she was not the first lawsuit, but McDonald's just dealt with it as a cost of doing business. McDonald's lowered the temperature it served coffee at after that lawsuit. She was burned so badly her labia fused together - it wasn't a frivolous lawsuit or anything. I hate seeing people refer to it as an example of Americans suing frivolously.

I'm not familiar with Korean radish so I am not sure if it's okay to eat the peel, so thus far I've been peeling it. By the way, did you know the peel on kiwi is perfectly edible and tasty? (I only learned this about a year ago.) That soup looks incredible. And I sooooo want that serving bowl. Be well, Katie and Dan-yul. Please stay safe. Lisa in Phoenix, Arizona, USA

This is a good recipe but, depending on what season you buy radish the flavor of the stew can taste different. If you taste the radish and it’s sweet then it’s good. But if the radish is a bit bitter, then adding sugar to taste will make a difference!
