Brazil is as corrupt as Puerto Rico and if he was deported to Brazil he would not be arrested because the law in Brazil benefits criminals.

This guy escaped Brazil after his first murder, illegally enters Puerto Rico & illegally comes here through the Mexico/US border. Then he murders his girlfriend because she broke up with him after she found out about his past. So you’d think this guy would be in a high level security prison, right?! Nope! Judge deemed him NOT to be a flight risk - SERIOUSLY!! These poor neighbors have to now deal with murderers - with nothing to lose - escaping a local low level jail! Unreal!

Second Prisoner that has escaped from a Pennsylvania Prison in less than a few months. Pennsylvania needs to fix their jails & prisons sounds like. Also says this guy is an undocumented immigrant from Brazil which means he came into our Country illegally and commits murder.

How about when CONVICTED. VIOLENT. KILLERS. (as well as certain woman & child abusers in general) break out of prison, all law enforcement responds EXACTLY like they do in every other GTA videogame ever made. They keep coming until the creep is killed. No terms. No quarter. No more. Exactly how he treated his victim. And how about we bring back hangings but without the neck snapping part? They could squirm up there for as long as we want if the platform can go up and down in a slow enough fashion…
