J-Hope is a street hiphop dancer for 10 years. Jimin is a comtemporary dancer. He is a consistent top 1 studwnts until he graduated. Jungkook recieved dance classes in America when he was a trainee

I think the girl with the red headband is right, fake love us less "clean". they're still in sync but the dance moves are executed way more individualistically (??) if that makes sense? I think it adds an edge to the choreography and makes me think even more of a raw, messy break up

Marie Baumbach yea I agree when they mentioned danger and fire those choreo are more clean cuz they tense up they’re muscles more whereas with this dance it incorporates a lot of contemporary elements so it’s more “airy”? If that’s the word to use 😅

Yeah they had a more emotional and raw take of the choreography, if they did it strong in the same way they did for fire, i think it wouldn't fit the song or have the same intensity

this is why I love bts. I think most of their dance like this tho not sharp and clean like dope. they have their own charm you could say dance line really shine at dance stage. I love jimin and j-hope performance because sometimes I feeling like they're adding 'something' to their dance. They have different skill and style and make them very unique to each other. easy to distinguish, maybe one of so many reason bts so popular.

I'm guessing you're not a dancer, lol. The reason I say this is because dance (when it's done right, the way BTS does it) should convey emotion, and you don't need to know the lyrics to see it's more than "just a cool dance". But everyone enjoys their content in their own way, some of us like looking up the words later while others prefer to always know exactly what they're saying right away.

The girl in the bandana was right. The performance in this dance practice wasn’t their cleanest, so much so that the members even commented on it and apologized for their performances. According to RM, their team uploaded their first take. *BUT I TELL YOU WHAT*... it was still beautiful to me 😍😍😍😍😍

can you show them their live version for airplane pt 2 and anpanman comeback show? Both are more freestyle. Curious what you guys thinking about it. Personally, i always think BTS are really good performers especially with freestyle choreography. It always fun to watch.

Anpanman isn't freestyle. Freestyle is when you have no choreography. There's no such thing as freestyle choreography. Those are contradictory words

There's no freestyle in those choreographies. In Airplane they have to practice even how the camera moves, how they pass each other the mics. Maybe you meant they are easier?

OMG dance reactioners who're actually analyzing the dance. I've been hoping to find a channel or a even just a single dance reaction. It's like ReacttheK but for dance so thank you so much!!! 😄 Even though I don't understand most of the jargon, I am intrigued by their analysis whether it was praise or criticism 😄 Hope to see some more dance practice reactions from you guys but I do hope that you guys don't get bonbarded with us kpop fans. I would recommend Cherry Bomb(NCT 127), Move(Taemin), I don't wanny cry(Seventeen) or Boy in Luv.

why would you care what a bunch of kids say? do you think these kids would've passed any idol audition in korea?

The reason why is it looks “messy” is because each member conveys a message within the choreography that goes along the storyline. If you know the expressions of see no evil, hear no evil and say no evil ( not sure if that’s the right quote) you would kinda understand why some members are prob covering their eyes, ears and mouth

I find it really funny when the one dude says they're "actually really talented" because they have amazing dancers in their group. Jhope has been dancing for over 10 years now, Jimin was THE TOP OF HIS CLASS and amongst THE TOP IN THE NATION for contemporary, and Jungkook has been taught by some absolutely amazing dancers and choreographers! Aside from that, Jin, RM, and Suga all work their asses off to be on the same level as the others. So yeah, of COURSE they're "actually really talanted." This part always make me giggle. 🤣🤣🤣

I was just talking about the ones who have gotten specific training for dance, and then listing the ones that people often say aren't as good at dancing (which is a lie, they're all fantastic as far as I am concerned). Taehyung doesn't fit into either of those categories, but he's still an amazing dancer! He absolutely eats choreo up every time, and I love to watch his facial expressions when he's really feelin the songs!

Show them one of their older dance practices: -We are bulletproof pt 2 -Danger -Boys in luv -I need u -DNA -Dope -Run

Most of the choreography is done by Son Sungdeuk, the performance director at BigHit. But they have other guest choreographers there are well like Keone Madrid, Quick Style Crew and Dylan Mayoral. Jung Hoseok or JHope, one of the members, is the *main* dancer for the group and also really helps them with the dances as well. He's the one with the green and white shirt with shorts and black socks. In terms of experience, you're right that three of them have actual dance foundations (dance focused): Jimin went to school majoring in contemporary dance; JHope has been dancing literally since he was born and has won multiple awards for it before debut; Jungkook, who was not good at dance at first, went to America to train and then returned, actually wanting to change his career choice into fully being a dancer (but thankfully decided to stay with BTS). If you were to look at their other stuff, definitely check out JiminYouAreLoved's comment at the top. They suggested some really excellent performances they've done. Cheers~ :>

I really like their choreography because it includes see no evil, hear no evil, and say no evil :)

I love this reaction... my only constructive criticism is that when they were giving constructive criticism they forgot that BTS are singers and rappers 😂. As cool as it might be to add breaking and windmills, I’m not sure it’s possible to do that while holding a mic and singing stably. On second thought....it’s BTS, it’s probably possible.

Jimin’s feet position and body alignments are awesome. Head, neck shoulder, and torso. I’m always looking at Jimin’s beautiful alignments - feet positions. BTS really are great with their transitions.

I'm always so blown away but how talented BTS are it's ridiculous. You'd think after a year or however long its been of seeing them dance Fake Love (i watch the music video a lot) I'd be used to how well they dance and the fact that despite not being "dancers" Jin, RM, Suga and V manage to keep up. But no. I see their dance alone without the extra effects and clothing and song (to a degree) and just WOW. They work so hard. They're so talented and I'm blown away by their dancing alone. Next I'd listen to, for example, JK sing Miracle and just WOW. Then of course producers reacting to their songs and telling me about how much thought and creativity went into producing a singular song. Then of course the rapping and the rapline's achievements in that department. I am completely blown away by any ine of these things alone. They could have probably been really successful in these fields seperately because they're just that good. Instead we're blessed enough to get this much talent all in one group. People who say BTS are overrated honestly don't know what they're talking about and that's the truth. They deserve every bit of the success they have.

Dancers usually are such bodily oriented people, I find it fascinating. Like in this video, when they saw a move they liked, some of them recreated it in excitement. The dancers I have met irl are just the same: it's like they're in a total different physical wavelength. This video was really nice and I appreciate their input a lot too :))
