I feel that vibe too. They comment but dont really read the lyrics to understand its about hate towards BTS and BTS response to that hate. I dont judge this guys cuz they are black but to me they are judging because the song is in a different language. No hate, just the vibe i get.

Okay so to answer some of your questions: No there is not an English version of the song, they are all Korean and not all of the members are fluent in English (except for only one, RM). But there are Color Coded Lyrics of the song on youtube with English translation (most viewed ones are prefered). Yes, those were all 7 of the members you saw there. And lastly, its okay to not like a song as long as you dont disrespect it and discredit it. If you would rather share your favorite genres in music, that would really help us army to know what type of music you prefer in order to give you better reccomendations. BTS does all types of music genres.

Color coded lyrics are available but the translations are not the best. For this song I suggest watching the live performance in yet to come concert, Enjoy BTS More yt channel has lots of clips and her translations are considered to be excellent. A lot of reactors use her content

Appreciate you for commenting and answering our questions. So we did try to react to a song of theirs to where we did have the subtitles. It was little different for us because of course, words sound differently when sang instead of read. However, this is also a new genre we are exploring to where we are also learning the best ways to listen and be engaged with their music. Tbh it’s different but a good different. So please bare with us lol we trying 😂. And I agree about having a dislike of the song. We definitely try our best to respectful of the artist but also entertaining in a way where it isn’t disrespect to the army and artists as well. We can tell they are well respected and great at what they do and that is something we can’t take away from them. Thank y’all fo the feedback it really helps 💯💪🏾

That is why they are BTS They can work as 1 unit They all have solo work but come together as one. This song is very meaningful It is like a testimony of their 10 yrs together.

Well first of thank you for the honest reaction. We respect that. Secondly you won’t find a English version to almost all their discography. So you’ll need to get used to reading subtitles or not if you don’t prefer to pay attention to the lyrics. As someone mentioned in the comments, you can let us know exactly what you’re searching for genre wise and we’ll point you in the right direction. They do have the rap line which are three members but the one you pointed out was Suga. He has Daechwita or Haegeum but again it’ll be Korean with a few English words. So turn on captions to know what he spitting.

@@3shotsofjack Lol all good. Well for RM, there’s still life ft Anderson paak , and wildflower. Those are good to start with. For J-Hope many would recommend More, and Arson. More is dope af but it does have rock mixed in it so it all depends for you. Arson can be first choice and for Suga or his other name Agust D, you can pick Daechwita and Haegeum. 💜 I do want to recommend a group song as well, it’s called HOME. There isn’t an official MV but they did perform it on Jimmy Fallon. You can try reacting to it, hopefully you don’t get hit with copyright. Or heavily edit. If not, a color coded video is the way to go. Thank you for reaching out 💜

RM is the lead rapper and overall leader of the group, he's the only one that can speak English. Suga also goes by Agust D when he does his solo music and it's also kind of his alter ego name as well. J-Hope is not only a rapper but he's also the lead dancer of BTS. Here are some recommendations of some music videos/tracks you should listen to: Suga/Agust D: Daechwita, Haegeum, Amygdala (in that order, it's a trilogy and tells a story), Agust D (self titled track), and Give it to Me. All those have music videos, but also listen to the songs D-Day and Huh?!, there's no music video but they're really good. RM: Joke (watch the music video with the English translation!), Monster (no music video but really good), Do You, Persona (under BTS but it's solely him on the track), Still Life with Anderson Paak, Wildflower, and Closer (no music video) J-Hope: Arson, More, Airplane, On The Street with J Cole, Ego, 1 Verse, Base Line, and HangSang (the last 3 don't have music videos but they're really good). Hey guys! Appreciate the honest reaction. This song took a bit to grow on me. Please keep in mind that this is just a dance practice (no live vocals). I promise you that when this is performed live, both the amazing choreo AND the rap/singing is perfect. As dancers, I'm sure you can appreciate how much more difficult also singing and rapping (well) would be during this intense choreo. All 7 members sing/rap, write, produce, and dance. Also, please consider that much of the non-English speaking world listens to music in English. It's not that far of a jump to listen to music in Korean. Sorry this one doesn't have lyrics, but many of their music videos do, or you can easily find them online. This is getting long, so I'll leave recommending ON: Kinetic Manifesto Film come prima or Mic Drop (Steve Aoki remix)...both have English subs, so please turn those on. Their lyrics are really good. @@3shotsofjackThey have rap verses in most full-group songs, (ON Kinetic Manifesto, Mic Drop & Fake Love are among my favorites) but there are several rap-line only (Ugh! Outro: Tear, Cyphers 1-4 & Ddaeng! and vocal-line only songs (Zero O’Clock, House of Cards, The Truth Untold). You can start with some of those to get a feel for the group but there are solo tracks for each of them within BTS albums as well as outside collabs/solo projects. Suga goes by Agust D in his solo work but the rest use the same names. They all are really good artists with distinct styles. Most of them have either released new solos & collaborations in 2022-23 or will soon so if you want to start with those & work backwards it’s cool too. I hope you enjoy discovering them.

I think "home", "on kinetic manifesto", and "black swan" are some of their best hip-hop songs. You'll see why they have such a huge fan base after that. Then theres the pop stuff like "butter" and "dynamite" that are great songs as well.

They are 3 rappers and 4 vocalists and yeah they all have their own parts in the song usually when someone's part comes he moves to the center, Thank you for this amazing reaction please keep supporting BTS💜.

It's really difficult to get the flow of the song when you keep pausing it. I would suggest just allowing the video to play all the way through the first time. Then, as you watch it a second time, you can pause, make comments, ask questions, etc. Also, just turn on the English subtitles ("CC" button at the bottom, right of the video). Lastly, we (ARMY) appreciate that you're giving us your honest reviews of the songs. 💜💜💜

I understand we pause a lot. Def something we are working on however we love to be 100% transparent with respect to the artist and the audience. Sure it’s often but I also feel that’s how we would give that transparency. So many details to pay attention to that if not commented on, it may be something we look over that probably wanted to be discussed a little. But We appreciate your honesty and support. @@3shotsofjack Keep in mind, with BTS you'll notice something different each time you watch. All of there song will have a lyric video. BTS is K pop...the majority of their songs will be in Korean. There concepts, and lyrics are always amazing and honestly , even seeing the lyrics in English will help you understand what the song is about but, Terminologies, word play , will be way different. Songs like Bapsea, and RM's JOKE are examples.

BTS are not limited to KPOP category, in fact they have a wide discography that varies from pop, hiphop, r&b, latin pop, soul, jazz, edm, etc... they started as a hiphop group at first and then they opened up to the music and faced many challenges, always giving us fresh new concepts and new melodies like you will not find 2 songs that have the same rythm it's crazy

Y'all need to react to *"Baepsae", "Dope", "Fire", "Not Today", "ON", "Black Swan", 'MIC DROP", "Dionysus", "Danger"* and many many more dance choreographies of *BTS.* If you wamt to react to their English songs (which is only 3) they are *"Dynamite, "Butter"* and *"Permission To Dance"* those dance practices are really good 👌🏾

You should watch haegeum for (suga) and mic drop for all bts members but with subtitles✨.

The vast majority of BTS songs are, of course, in Korean, but there are lyric-only videos. And they have other genres, and basically, they have music videos, videos with dance practices, which highlight choreographies, videos with backstage scenes, and live performances. In addition to the other content they generate for fans.

If you want rap, I wanna suggest Agust D's "Haegum". He's SUGA of BTS but he's Agust D when he goes solo. He was the one wearing leather jacket, rapping in this video. I'd also recommend "Ugh" live at Busan concert. It was sang by the 3 rappers of BTS. There's a color-coded lyric video with English translation if you wanted to know what they were saying and who's rapping.

It took the guys months/years of practice to get comfortable singing and dancing at the same time. They said in the beginning they couldn't breathe. And they practiced. A LOT. Like 14 hours a day for years before they made their debut.

BTS members are all solo artists in their own right. They are all Song Writers, Composer's and Producers each to a greater or lesser degree. It's just some of the reasons they are the Super Group, Global Artists.

Maybe others have said this already but BTS has a discography of over 300 songs and they cover tons of genres because they just love music and experiment with diff sounds. Super versatile. They started as a hip hop group with 2 of the rappers being from the underground scene. You guys seem like intelligent but prideful dudes. And if you guys give it a shot, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised as you learn more about BTS and end up with mad respect for them because of the way you are. They're the most humble human beings ever, highly intelligent, and exemplify insatiable work ethic and passion for their work. It's hard not to respect them because they set the standards so high as artists. Enjoyed your reaction!

RM and Suga (Agust D) are two of the three rappers and they come from underground rap. The third was a national winning hip hop street dancer who learned rap with the help of RM and Suga (aka Agust D for his solo work). Agust D is the first rapper in history to sell 1 million albums in 24 hours. It was a solo album titled D-Day. All three are epic performers, songwriters, and producers for BTS. Suga is one of the main producers along with some BTS in house producers.

They are based heavily in Hip Hop but use many different genres and mix genres. Their subject matter consists of their own stories, mental health, Sociatial issues, political issues and Psychology. They reference Art and great works of Literature.

Thank you for your honest reaction. It’s greatly appreciated. It’s ok to not like other songs, just as long as you’re not disrespecting them. There are 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. I suggest you guys watch the “Guide to BTS members the Bangtan 7.” It’ll give you some information about all the members, what other genres they do and other things. Also, the reason why they’re so in sync is because they practice for 12-16 hrs a day. They work really hard. If you’re more interested in fast-paced songs, check out the rap line’s “Cypher Series” and their solos, “ON kinetic manifesto film” and I’m sure other ARMYs will suggest other songs/videos. Again, thank you for reacting and giving them a chance. I hope you continue your BTS journey. 😊

You are seeing solo performances especially these days because in korea the all have to go to military service for 18 months before they are 30. BTS has arranged to stagger their service so that all will be back in 2025. The ones remaining at home are putting out solo albums and then going. So far 5 out of 7 have put out albums. btw, this particular song has seven different speeds of beat so if you aren't grabbed at first you'll be gobsmacked by the end.

Hi! Ik this comment is late to the party but since you seem to be new to kpop I just wanted to give some tips from experience! 1. Most kpop songs don’t have English versions, but they have dedicated fans who create lyric videos and translations so that non-Korean speakers can still appreciate the lyricism 2. Keep an open mind! Some people think kpop is a genre. It’s not. It’s an industry. You will find any and all music genres you’re interested in within the industry 3. Groups will have a lot of members. Generally, different members will be responsible for rapping, singing, and dancing, but there is a ton of overlap between those parts. Because of how large groups can be, a lot will put out unit (smaller group within the group) music and solo music so the members can show off more of their talents 4. BTS related - they started from a small company and built their own reputations in the world of kpop through hard work and sheer talent. They are extremely respected for their craft. They’re known for addressing topics that other artists stay away from like societal pressures, anxiety and depression, and world culture. Their lyrics are always important to the music, so finding translations is v important when listening to BTS I hope this helps a little! Looking forward to future reactions

To answer one of your earlier questions. yes all of them have vocal parts, its not just Kook....one of the reason they are continuously rotating is because they always put the member or members who are singing or rapping in the center ie. untill you learn to differentiate their voices you can gage who's vocals your hearing based on who is in the middle of the fron line or by themself
