Jimin gets his strength and balance from having a blackbelt in 3 martial arts disciplines. He also went to school of arts for his contemporary dancing, which does include ballet. He is a well trained dancer.

Jimin el mejor bailarín de la industria. Se elegancia, su limpieza, su fluidez, su pasión, su potencia, su suavidad, su sensualidad, su sensibilidad… todo da como resultado la perfección. Me hipnotiza.

So as a guy who isn’t much a dancer. When I tell you the first beat dropping made me feel like I travelled back in time to the 70’s. ( wasn’t born then) but I’d imagine the free feeling is how the dancer culture was then.

Here's a secret from someone who's been in streetdance for decades. Don't try to make a living from it. I know it's "your dream", and its glamorous, and social media tells you that if you arent doing what you love for a living you arent living. But the truth is that the money is just not there, and it won't be. You pay a huge price trying to make a living from dancing. It's a burden that burns into your passion and saps away the beauty of it. You likely wont succeed, and if you do it will become something different anyway. Take what the dance gives you with gratitude: creativity, community, health, and be happy with them. Give back to the culture. Realise that if every single one of us wanted this all that would be left would be a hyper commercialised thing that is not what we had the chance to fall in love with. You dont need to make money from this for it to be your biggest love for your whole life. Trust me.

It’s 60’s and 70’s Motown SOUL era. Do a little bit of research into the Era then the vibe make sense.

This has a very 70's soul funk vibe and the groove is similar to a lot of the northern soul played in clubs in the UK. It's a shame the only thing you could compare it to was hairspray...
