One of those songs that really captures DGD's essence: soft mellow emotions that cave into a rough heavy dungeon of screams. Will did a pretty great job with screams and lyrics, keeping it pretty on par with Jon, but thank the literature gods that Jon came back because he fills a niche no one else can!

This is literally one of my favorite songs ever. There’s so much mixed into it, the guitars sound so fucking crazy. Will swan sounds great but where’s the credit for Zachary Garren?? This dudes rhythm guitar parts are Fucking inCREDIBLE. That last riff at the very end?? My God.. this is such a good song

I knew a guy who met him and preformed in an opening band for DGD back when Kurt was singing and he said that Kurt was the nicest guys he had ever interacted with in the music industry at that time & that he was a genuinely good dude. Even if he did struggle with drugs, he's still worthy of love and respect as a person. The grateful dead and the Beatles used tons of drugs but their music brought peace and happiness to people and changed the world for the better. Bob Marley smoked marijuana and he helped unite trench town in Jamaica because of his music. People are still worthy of respect and love even if they look different than you or live their lives different than you. There are lots of people who have made a wonderful impact on this world but also struggled with addiction or used drugs recreationally. Respect people for the human beings that they are instead of judge them for the drugs that they use because at the end of the day, they are still human beings.
