Haha, I feel like this is a bit of a replacement for the podcast. Richie laughed, he's used to it. Our house is the regular sleepover spot. We had about 6 girls over this time round.

Beautiful, thank you for this video! You could try using a 1M Posca instead of a 1MR I find them better for mixed media pieces, especially when there is ink involved 😊

After watching this video and many other of your videos I got into action mode.i packed most of my makeup and shoved it away in a large BOX as I don't need distractions. Then tomorow ALL of my markers, paints, paint Pens, inks sketchbooks will be OUT on my Art desk. Including stamps n ink pads. - all thanks to your motivatial videos I am seeing light at the end of the tunnel. I don't drink tea/coffee/ have any Pets. But was struggling to decide on what when and how to be the person I used to be.

Thank you, it's funny because almost straight after I put the plants out, the rain stopped. I ended up having to fill a water-can and water them more thoroughly! The weather here has been very up and down all summer.

1:14- So very important to write notes things on your mind- this is my aim for next few days. Then I know I will not forget my ideas/ and I can look through them and decide which one I do first.

Hello from Melbourne. We are copping crazy weather too. One day hot, one day cold. Had to take my Oodie out of storage the other day 😂 crazy! I just found that sketchbook at Larry Post in Sydney so I’m going to give it try. I like the sound of heavier paper. Thanks for the tip.

Hi Suzi, it sure has been an unpredictable summer. It was soooo cold last week, and it's back into the high thirties now. I dug out my ugg boots, didn't think I would need them. It's a great sketchbook, hope you enjoy!

Thank you, my art has gone in many directions this year, but I can feel the authentic 'me' stuff starting to make it's way back and I love the feeling of it. Like coming home.

Love this style of video - thanks! Great to have the reminder that you can’t always expect to create art every minute of the day - that other things will fill up the day as well - and that’s okay. But now I must stop watching and actually get into my studio and create some art too!

Oh I need a good planning session! My team delivered their course content early and want a mid-month release…yikes. They have no idea how much that messes up my calming first week. 😊 I love the colors you used in your sketchbook piece. I know!! I was looking at the news yesterday and there more crazy weather all over the country. I am glad though that we've mostly avoided extreme heat here in SA. Always a bit stressful during bushfire season. We live between two national parks.

I noticed the bank of trees around your place. My son is in Adelaide and they've had really hot temps the last few summers. I feel like the seasons are moving along a few months and impinging on the next season along, a little freaky!
