Daily BIOENERGETICS For Easy Confidence & Charisma (2023 update)

In this video, Elliott discusses his daily practice of bioenergetics and demonstrates how it can be integrated into a daily routine. He highlights the importance of deep relaxed breathing for improved physical and mental well-being, along with reduced anxiety and stress. Elliott suggests studying the works of Dr. Alexander Lowen and other experts in trauma release therapy to further explore the theory and benefits of bioenergetics.

That sounds like an addiction tbh. I have done it sporadically, and while it does give results, I can’t help but feel like it’s just superficial. As you say, once you stop, you need it again, you are never fully ‘healed’. Same as any other New Age ‘spiritual’ practice. I Can’t help but feel like this is Elliot trying to hold on to his New Age practices, and sort of ‘sanctify’ them by adding a prayer beforehand. Why not just pray? Doesn’t seem to me like there’s a biblical precedent for this - somehow I can’t imagine Jesus needing to jump around and do weird movements when he feels negative emotions. He would simply pray. Maybe I’m wrong! but I’ve travelled towards Christ alongside Elliot and I can’t reconcile these things!😂

@@wendyslittleprogram3984 I tend to hold my emotions in if someone upsets me. I dont express it right away and hold myself down. Its because ive been told to shut up and suck it up since I was a child. Ive carried it unfortunately into my adulthood at 28 now. Bioenergetics help me express my emotions and relax my tense body.

@@wendyslittleprogram3984You are absolutely correct. Before I was saved I kept dabbling in demonic new age practices, such as meditation, breathing exercises, yoga and this bioenergetic nonsense, and my health kept disintegrating, I became a vicious, self centered person and I was constantly under demonic attack. Thankfully, I came to Christ in June 2022 and I burned and threw out any book, or practice associated with the occult. Since repenting of these things, Jesus Christ has vastly improved my health and I stick to regular exercise. Nothing wrong with standard stretching, cardio, lifting weights of course. But I do certainly focus on growing my faith, over growing my muscles. God bless you.

What a legendary classic elliot vid. The bioenergetic exercises are a game changer. Started practicing about my junior year of highschool, noticed my stamina on the basketball court went up during pick up games. Simply legendary, let's keep this up Uncle E 💯 so many benefits, you even praise "better," because of better peace of mind, "actions are measured from the sentiments from which they proceed,"- RWE

It's been interesting to see your evolution of bioenergetics from the early days to this. I really appreciate the subtleties of your current approach. It's also been fascinating to watch you do your own form of verbal/yogic contortion to try and sell the idea of stretching and breathing to a new audience who are scared of their own shadows and prone to reject anything they don't understand on the basis of it being "demonic".

And also think and came to this conclusion by observing and gaining information from fitness to scientific based research that most of the breathing problems i.e (Shallow breathing) also originates from upper airway obstruction or put in simple words Narrow Jaw narrow airway leads to difficulty breathing through the nose which leads to the habit of mouth breathing which leads to weak jaw muscles and crooked teeths and further collapsed maxilla and Mandible and the cycle continues also to the sleep apnea because of all this not getting a necessary good night sleep important for recovery of the body and leading to further muscles deterioration
