goose bumps looking at all of them, great collection, had a few Datsuns in my youth.early 80s

Tokyo is one on my bucket list, my eldest was lucky to go with his school last year and said it was amazing. I know he would have loved to see the car meet and both the private collections. 👍

We here in New Zealand are seeing cars from Japan, second hand, that are from both Nissan and Toyota little hatches with a sprinkle of Nismo or GR hybrids. They look great.

Datsun! You have to love Datsun. They have contributed so much to motoring in general, and in racing and rallying particularly. It's easy to see you are overwhelmed. I would be too in that collection.

A very special video indeed. Nissan have some incredible motorsport history. Tokyo looks such a beautiful place as well

Super cool cars, I remember the 90's when car magazines were the rage. I had a R32 skyline non turbo version was a great car on a J reg looked like a GTR had the kit such a clean example Japanese import. I did a quick MOT history check and somebody still has it. 😊 For me it's all about the R34's you showed in the Nismo factory, love them. Good colours as well.

Manufacturers own heritage collections are amazing & that one clearly throws up stuff we never see over in the UK. Favorite car...... 🤔 Let's go with the mineral white R34 Skyline at the car meet 🤗

You should come along to a Uk-JDM event : they just hit different and basically, hark back from a time when things were simply just better. But, being at the actual Daikuko must have been awesome and visiting Japan is deffo on my bucket list. Beautiful place, people and a culture almost alien to us brits !

A serious amount of really amazing cars but top of my list was the Primera Touring Car which took me back to Aberdeen when both myself and a good friend had them but he had a 2.0L and I only had the 1.6 which I was always really gutted about.

Very, very cool!! I can't even imagine how much that heritage collection is even worth!! Priceless, probably..

Great to see Datsun, Nissan and Nismo. Interesting that some manufacturers are pulling back from EV, Ford and GM Electric Milk Floats never survived Recycling Glass.

Hi ped I was amazed by seeing the nissan silvia turbo too I owned one it was silver with orange interior it had a black rubber rear spoiler I remember a turbo gauge in the dash too. I had loads of fun with the car RWD with a limited slip diff 😊

That was awesome; I think it was the Primera BTCC car and also I think I caught a glimpse of an OG Micra in racing spec?

Great video as always the BTCC the super touring car was Laurent Aïello’s. From 1999. Philippe Alliot didn’t race in BTCC, he was a Sportscar racer. I was a Marshal at Donington last weekend, I saw David Leslie’s Primera Super Tourer. Beautiful cars.

When I went to Japan I was told that they are all taught English at school. They are embarrassed to use it in case they get it wrong, but to ignore you if you speak to them in English is even more embarrassing.
