What a surprise to see rich on here. I used to comment so often on his videos and he would write back to my comments quite often. I remember when he announced that he was getting married and also when he was going to have a child and about his operations. I used to enjoy his tutorials. It's good to see that he's doing so well.

Whatever the outcome my friend, God Bless you. You cannot help but be a better man because of your efforts. And through the help of your beautiful family.

I don't understand how people dislike videos like this, he can't help the body he was born in too and he had to live with all the surgeries and bulling and so on and he still managed to have a wife and daughter and hopefully make it to the Olympics. hope he continues the postive attitude and wish him and his family well.

Hey Rich! I hope one day you see this. You sparked my filmmaking love. I started watching your videos when I was about 11 (little rich), my love for filmmaking 100% started from you. I guess I can dedicate all of my film creativity to you. Anyway, glad to see you smashing your goals, looking pretty muscular now and you look like you’ve barely aged! Good on you mate.

I was a competitive powerlifter (able-bodied) from 1966 to 1976, until a back injury from deadlifting forced me to give it up, so have an affinity for Rich. I still train 3 times/week but obviously my 71 year old body does not respond to training the way it did half a century ago. ha ha! . . . . I owe such a lot in my life to my training so can empathise with all that Rich is getting from this new dimension in his life. I am certain he will make the qualifying standard from his mindset (and the motivation of his lovely daughter and wife's support) despite his body chemistry not being so conducive to strength development as that of someone under c.33. ....Testosterone replacement may help (no, it is not a performance-enhancing drug). I shall be certainly looking out for his progress in 2022. ....More power to your elbow Rich! (no pun intended).
