My mother in law had a procedure done on some vericose veins recently, the second round of surgery, and the anesthesia didn't take the way it did the first time. She was in excruciating pain the entire time, crying, and they just told her "it's not supposed to hurt" and "it didn't hurt when I got it done" like wth! It didn't hurt her the first time, but for whatever reason it definitely hurt like hell the second time! They brushed her off. That's how these people get through the day. Our problems are ours. But it actually decreased bloodflow downstairs if u know what I mean. So it got rid of the pgad for 4hrs. If that doesn't make since think of it like this, a man may take molly or be in the mood but he cant rock up. But the opposite may occur too. Say a man is constantly being fed viagra without his consent, he doesnt necessarily want to get it on in fact having a rock in his pants will decrease his sex drive. Woman and I guess men who have a high sex are nymphomaniacs! Pgad is not that...

I suffer from this; have done for fifteen months. By sheer chance, I found Zolpidem completely removes the sensations. This is a horrendous condition! I don't suffer pain like this lady but the arousal, the creeping, crawling, tingling sensations are constant - day in, day out. Not a day goes by where I don't consider suicide. My Dr is understanding but it must be hard for her to imagine, especially when I cannot describe it. I would only wish this on someone else for a couple of minutes, just so they could know exactly how it feels. Restless legs accompany this for me. So, so over it.

I just stumbled on this, but as a pain patient who has explained the hand painpreading like an organ, which starts to spread after a certain threshold, I wonder it TENS or transcutaneous nerve stimulation device would help for you? It helped me ifmI had pad in both palms and both soles so that it went across the spine. I just could not use it more than a week in a row without starting to get electric stinging from the device. But it has helped the pain, which only reacts to fast opioids like oxygenic etc.

I am 65 this started for me at about 10 years old. I am just now putting a name to it. I just accepted it and for many years thought it was just normal. Actually for me it is now. I did think it would stop after menopause but it didn't. I find it more annoying now that I am older and a widow. My husband was very supportive and understanding. To put a name to it is great but it doesn't stop the orgasms. I would love a partner again that accepted it and enjoyed it as often as he did but at my age how? I just endure and use my toys.

To everyone it may concern, there is actually a similar condition for men. It's called priapism and it's named after an ancient god of Greek mythology, Priapus (Πρίαπος), who was the God of fertility and male genitalia. It's an extremely painful condition, where the penis can be aroused for hours, in the absence of stimulation. It's not embarrassing. It's nothing to be sarcastic about. It's nothing to be laughed at. It's a serious medical condition.

honestly the mum seems really nice. like, being a good parent and never doubting your kid is great but whats even better is to doubt them and then call yourself out, saying 'i was wrong, i'm sorry.'

It's so sad that, yet again, an issue of women & a "sexual" diagnosis is still hovering around the fringes of society's shaming because it's not consided a medical issue, more like a "fulfillment "issue. But, if this was a "male " issue, the big pharmaceutical industry would be all over this ( can you say viagra)?

Pribpism is the male equivalent, I guess, like on Viagra commercials where they say to consult a doctor if it doesn't go away after four hours. If that's considered a medical concern, then it should be for women too.

The reason you need to call a doctor if you've had a boner for four hours is that blood will begin to clot in the penis after that long. If enough blood clots in the penis it will start to rot and may eventually have to be fully removed. I'm not sure if the same thing happens to women or not (clitoris enlargement leading to blood clotting), but if it does it probably isn't as common.

The last video I viewed, there was a man going through the same thing as this girl. He said he even orgasmed several times during his father's funeral.

Men have PGAD too. It's a rare disorder that doctors can't explain and the lack of a cure has nothing to do with feminist issues.

The only reason viagra exist is cause a lot of men can’t get it up, a lot of women don’t have this problem. It’s not sexism it money. If enough people have this problem that some company is sure that research in it will give them a profit you will see that thing cured very fast, or at least the symptoms of it manageable. (Can you say capitalism?)

I wonder when she will begin to go through menopause in later life and if she could have children and what would change would it go away due to hormonal changes. I applaud you for living like this and pushing through this everyday.
