1. Eligibility: The D League BP 250 Subscribers Sweepstakes/Giveaway is open to residents of the United States. This sweepstakes/giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
2. The items being given away are personal property and this Giveaway is not affiliated with any company. No product has been provided to D League BP for the purposes of this giveaway.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes the You represents and warrants that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of D League BP Sweepstakes.
4. The D League BP 250 Subscribers Sweepstakes Entry Period: This promotion begins on at the time of video posting and ends May 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
5. How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter The D League BP 250 Subscribers Sweepstakes by: 1- Following one of D League BP's social media accounts: @DLeague BP on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter; and 2- Commenting on this video in the manner described in the video (example: "Enter Me To Win! Followed on Instagram (exampledude101)"). As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Each participant is limited to a single entry. Multiple comments will not result in multiple entries. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in the Sponsor invalidating your entries and removing them from the Sweepstakes or at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the D League BP 250 subscribers Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive the choice of either one (1) dozen Evil BP 52+ balls (retail value $69.88) or one (1) Mara Hoffman/East Fork Pottery Collaborative Candle (retail value $85.00). The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner, upon acceptance of the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation any and all local, state, and federal taxes. D League BP will cover the cost of shipping.
7. Odds: The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
8. Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing. D League BP will notify the Winner(s) by (1) a video announcing the winner; (2) a comment on the original sweepstakes video; and (3) direct message via the social media platform utilized for entry into this sweepstakes.
9. Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry (e.g., text, video, photo, etc.) into this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the D League BP will announce your name in an upcoming video if you are randomly selected as the Winner.
10. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND Florida WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. The Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this promotion, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the Entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this Sweepstakes, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action.
11. The D League BP 250 Subscriber Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with KZread, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Entries that do not comply with KZread's Community Guidelines will be disqualified. 12. By commenting on this video, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
