3:07 This creator is extra legit for actually repping another Game & Watch game (Rainshower) from scratch so accurately. Dude is following Sakurai's vision so well. That hitbox is ridiculous though XD

The fact that it's THIS far along is good. When the game actually comes out it's going to be so popular

I FEEL LIKE there should be a way to pitch to the devs for official integration of a mod. There should be a vote held every so often that could possibly promote a high quality character, stage, assist, etc into the actual game. Obviously the devs would have full rights to alter or balance the fan made creation, but ultimately, the creator would get credit and I feel like this could become super competitive and inspire people to bring their A game to modding.

Fraymakers looks so amazing, the animations are so SMOOTH

fraytools has me genuinely stoked for this game, the accessibility of it mixed with the sheer insanity people have already made with rivals alone makes me optimistic with this game

Some custom content I want to see the most are the characters from Super Smash Flash 2 ported into Fraymakers. Both games are made by the same people, so the Smash Flash 2 characters should fit right in.

@@Jack_Hakker It'd be the next best thing for me to play SSF2. I use a Chromebook which can't really play games, I have been thinking about getting a Steam Deck, but it can't play SSF2 without downloading Windows. So now I have to hope for SSF2 characters to be ported into Fraymakers in order to play them.

So after doing a little research I found out 2 things. 1. I can just download SSF2 as a non-steam game and can run the Windows version through Proton. No need to download Windows on my potential Steam Deck. I guess I read the information on getting SSF2 on Steam Deck wrong. 2. Apparently McLeodGaming is kind of strict when it comes to people ripping the sprites from there game and using them in other stuff. Understandable, but it may make porting SSF2 characters into Fraymakers a lot harder.

Welp. R.I.P SSF2. It was a great game but now it’s a small side project compared to Fraymakers. Fraytools looks great so far and I bet the game itself will be just as great.

Something that annoys me is that only testers are able to view and upload to the workshop right now. A lot of non-testers have made some great stuff as well, and it's a shame that we all have to wait to upload our stuff to the workshop for easy viewing. I made a My Singing Monsters stage, and it's not in the video cuz I can't access the damn workshop.

Yoo that Mr. G&W looks so good!

I can't wait to see what I could possibly do with Fraytools.

I think the fact that it's an indie crossover game is gonna be just as well known, given how many people on TikTok I've seen get really excited over Octodad being in the game

oh fuck yeah we are getting Touhou Hisoutensoku characters in this game

... I'm going mad. I want to join, and yet I'll need help to stay motivated. You know what, I might just... resort to extreme measures in order to have someone to motivate me and to cut out some time for Workshop modding. Maybe creating a life-sized puppet dummy where I could put the gLiTcH costume on and have a ball decorated as EmperorBoo, and then just be able to hear them speak to me and talk to them back. seeing as fraytools is such an intragyral part of freymakers do u guys it could be possible that they would let u write code and make custom characters on console versions, or would it cause some copyright issues?

there wouldnt be any copyright issue with that but making an entire game engine like fraytools usable on a console probably wont happen

It's still not released, right now it's still just for Kickstarter testers

4:51 you apparently don't know this & i don't if it still exists & i don't remember the name, but rivals has 1 custom stage with a slope, but since rivals isn't supposed to have slopes, it's pretty though

The game is Fraymakers and it is indeed real. But it's not out to the public yet, the release date is still up in the air.

I just got Rivals of Aether, and I'm kinda sad that even better stuff is coming out. Not degrading to Rivals though, as I love that game!

Hmm, how long until someone mods in final smashes in Fraymakers kinda like how someone modded in final smashes in Rivals?

Fraymakers actually already has super moves planned for later in development, in the meantime though I could see someone programming it into an assist or just a second meter

Yeah they're called Super Attacks, we don't know when they'll come out or how similar to Final Smashes they'll be. I think it's fair others don't have it though, having a big, over-the-top, detailed, and expressive finisher for every character takes a lot of time and money.
