The bullpen has been a problem so far. Hopefully someone steps up or they make a smart trade. It took 45 years for me to experience a Cubs pennant. Am I acting spoiled for another within a decade? 🤓 💙❤️

Both Shota Imanaga and Yoshinobu Yamamoto are Japanese pitchers who have solid fundamentals, so not only their pitching but also their fielding are excellent

He pitched well as a starter in the WBC final. Japan is a pitching powerhouse, so there are still many talented pitchers in the shadows

Imanaga is great, his ERA of 0.98 is ridiculous

I don't have a team but I like LA and the Cubs. Both are playing well and have good players.

Shota’s deceptive delivery compares to Crawford’s show me the money ball for two seconds before delivery is what makes Shota a challenge for hitters.

Shota Imanaga will be the best pitcher of the season💙❤

Probably the Cubs' best well-rounded game so far this season.

Imanaga has been terrific, and PCA looking pretty comfortable in the MLB.

Many Japanese pitchers throw good pitches and are also good at fielding. No other product is so affordable. Among them, Imanaga is one of the best.

I'm very impressed with Shota, right now that is .... But just wait till the wind is blowing out of Wrigley and the temp is in the mid 80's.... His ERA could swell to above 3 or 4 in a single game. As a cubs fan I hope that doesn't happen. I hope Shota wins the cy young! ... Let's go Cubs!!!

Cubs are just so sound fundamentally Base running, fielding etc just doing all the “basics” right They are starting to get a consistent bullpen and starting Rotation and the results are showing
