I wish that all of these banned accounts' items would get randomly distributed to someone who opens a case somewhere in the world, not just get locked to that account. I mean those are really beautiful and rare items, it's a shame that they're lost forever.

It's said that GuGu aka "夜" told qkss he was about to quit csgo and want to take screenshots of qkss' inventory. Then he took all qkss' items and disappeared for weeks until getting arrested

i hope everyone who got scammed gets there items back i wonder if valve would revert the trades that looked suspicious instead of having the items lost

scamming a scammer is nothing wrong as long as you have the evidence for the scam and you return the skins to the rightful owner. I'd even go as far to say that its ok to take some of their skins because of how easy it is to scam people on steam and how there are no consequences whatsoever 99% of the times. Maybe then people would learn to not scam

PanthernyM scammed me on one of his alt accounts back in 2017 and i see he still has (i guess he had :D ) some of the items he got from me . Boy oh boy how stupid i was , but the most importang thing is i learned from my mistakes and never took an L again . Glad he got justice served but im pretty sure he cashed out a big chunk of money because he is doing this for years.

How did Twitch not settle out of court for a $20k damages request? That case went for ~8 months (going by the story date), not including pre-trial work. Either it wasn't offered or it wasn't accepted. Or maybe the amount was reduced from $35M+ to $20k?

This Ondřej guy is facing legal charges in Czech Republic, lots of people came together and filled a report to the police. In czech republic is a crime considered above 5000czk roughly 230e. He could face up to 5 years in prison and has to pay it all back.

That move by proddegy is freaking hilarious. When valve doesn’t do something, there are very few options that you can do. This scammer proved that he was still trying to scam people in the world of trading, so there were even fewer options left. He did what he thought was best, and it was freaking amazing.

9:00 unfortunately one of those talon sapphires were mine. It was stattrak factory new that I unboxed around 2 years ago. I was trying to sell it to him so I could use the money to fix my car that I desperately needed. I'm stupid for not looking at the signs and doing my research but I glad his justice was served.

You should expose Juicy. He has some kind of deep connection with the gamba site he always works with. He typically gambles against his friends or bots, and will always lose, when he plays against fans he always wins. I think that the advertising of extreme loses is becoming just as effective as phantomlords advertising, you just need to show a ton of near misses on crazy items and the people will come.

I’m glad scammers got what they deserve but it won’t get my sapphire butterfly knife back :(

If you get trade banned, skins stay locked in your account, meaning you can play them, but not sell/trade them.
