I appreciate how he doesn't talk over the game's dialogue.

This game has one of the coolest concepts I've ever seen.

One of the only games that plays with the meta and makes an actual GAME out of it, i liked the stanley parable, but this has some unique ideas that makes the player actually think while playing it

Havent bee into many of the games youve been playing for a while now but this game looks really neat and im glad to be back to spend some time with you. Woo fuck yeah.

+Antonius XII I agree with the OP, and it's not aimed to bring Cry down or criticism him at all. I'll always be a fan and support him, and always check his videos out. Just haven't been feeling the last couple of series... I didn't personally find them enjoyable, but I'm sure others did (and y'know, Cry's channel = Cry's choice). Just excited to have a play through that feels interesting! :D

I used to dog-sit a dog named Lenny (The one in my profile) old dog, had a lot of problems but he always seemed happy, died a few years back due to heart failure, naming your howler Lenny brought up some sad memories...immediately followed by hysterical laughter due to stumpy. Damn it cry making me feel confusing feelings.

That male voice for the game mind is one of the guys from Skyrim!

+TheMaidHatter I THOUGHT that voice sounded really familiar! One of the comments mentioned he did the voice of Mercer??? To me he sounds like the General Store guy in Riverwood. And upon looking him up, this voice did indeed do the Riverwood Trader guy. (Among others?)

Sorry Cry. I'm 10 minutes in and this concept has me totally hooked, I gotta nope out here and play this thing for myself. Also, here's some pointless trivia: I think if I remember my game dev terms correctly, the "magic circle" actually refers to player immersion. When a player gets so immersed in a game that they feel like they become the player avatar and are part of the game world, they're inside the magic circle - and when they come across something immersion breaking, they're kicked out of the magic circle back to the real world. I forget where the term comes from, but I definitely remember reading it in a textbook somewhere.

Imma have to be honest, the last time I actually fully watched one of crys vids was when he played soma, otherwise I've been uninterested but this really got me going again, it's a great game cry and I hope you make more

This is and always be one of my favorite Let's Plays by Cry. This game is high on my list of fictional worlds I'd want to visit, I love Cry's take on it, and even the fanart for each video looks stellar. There needs to be more games like these- it needs more love than it's been given

This is so weird recognizing all of these voice actors.

5 minutes in and I fucking LOVE this. It totally emulates what it's like to create a game--I don't know anything about creating game, but as an animator and someone who really enjoys making stories and inventing characters I can totally understand all the jokes in this.

It's like Zork and Undertale had a love child and wrapped it in a Monty Python swaddling cloth. I dig it.

Cry...make the mushroom your ally. Please.

*possible spoiler?* I am watching this through for the 2nd time (3rd, I lied..maybe 4th) but this time just listening. I realized the meta game went meta further when Ish says, "By all means, skip to the last page. *Shall I leave it blank so you have somewhere to doodle?*". This game and cry are awesome. I hope for more games and playthroughs like this! Actually unique and delightful.

Holy crap. Normally I don't comment on Cry's videos (nothing against the creator, it's just that I have a tendency to fall asleep listening to his voice [not that that's creepy or anything O.o]), but the artwork around 2:12 took me by surprise. Like - holy shitakke mushrooms! Such a cool concept!! O.o O.o Also the intro kind of reminds me of Stanley's Parable (I think that's what the game was called) - I really like all these 4th-wall-breaking kinds of games. ^_^ EDIT: Holy crap this game is insane!!

FXMaster absolutely agree, Underdale in and of itself is absolutely amazing. As everything that gathers a big fandom though, in time the toxic part slowly becomes the loudest one. And it drives away the good part of it. Now I'm sad.

So I'm only 8 minutes into this but I swear Cry, you are a hoot to listen too. I'm loving your narration working with the game's narration. You've got such a natural flow when it comes to talking while playing. Kuddos!!

The rogue AI that helps you is voiced by Stephen Russell, better known for voicing Nick Valentine in Fallout 4, and Coda is voiced by Ashly Burch.

This game is reminding me a lot of Pony Island so far.

You know Cry, I've been grappling with some very strong emotions for awhile now, think I can put it into words without sounding too confrontational now. You gave me so much man, I can't ever thank you enough. The Cat Lady, Ori, this game. I watched your lets plays over and over. In this modern day and age youtubers are raising kids and teens moreso than parents. You've had such a big impact on who I've become, I doubt I'm the only one who feels this way. But you abused that man. I cannot believe you abused your connection to your young audience to get laid. Ive struggled with many of the things you have, Ive never stooped so low as to exploit someone's unique trust in me. How am I supposed to square that you've done that with the fact that I wouldn't be who I am without you? Don't expect you to ever answer, but if someone would like to tell me, I'd love to know.

I feel the same way. We never heard Cry's side of the story, but that's his own fault. He disappeared. I wish he'd have told us it was okay to be upset, or filled in the gaps, or said something of a goodbye if he really meant to leave. It's weird. He always seemed like this flawed 90's kid I could relate too, a playful older brother from the interwebs... and then he abandoned youtube. And then he abandoned everything. Really sucks.
