Hello and welcome tot he first installment of Weasley explains it all! In this segment, we will learn more about the mythology basis of this game ad some of the story elements that may sound a bit confusing :DD So make sure to tune in! "Asura" are beings of Indian and even Norse mythology, sometimes depicted as good (demigods) or bad (demons). They are characterized by having 3 heads and 6 arms. They are sometimes related to negative emotions like pride and anger. "Durga" Asura's wife in the game symbolizes things like "root cause of creation", "preservation", and "annihlation" Which all relate to her role of giving birth to Mithra and what happens to her in the story. "Naraka" symbolizes the underworld. Basically hell in Hindu (and several other) mythology. In the story, Asura was basically sent down to hell after his fight and would have stayed there, if not for The Golden Spider calling. Who, for some reason, resurrected him. Finally, Deus wanted to kill the Emperor and take Mithra's powers for himself. But Asura would have never let him take Mithra, and the people will not approve of Deus killing the Emperor to rise to power. THat's why pinning the murder on Asura was the best way to set his plan into motion. Hope that explains that part. OH and "Mantra" is basically the energy of the Demigods. They need it for power and Mithra can generate a ton of. Finally, 12,000 years is nothing for the Demigods, so don't expect them to grow old. That's all for today folks! I come back to this play-though religiously every year, and it still makes me smile every time without fail.

+ShougaTouki To be relatively fair, the original ending of the game was basically an ending. However it was very much sequel bait. The game didn't sell that well and got moderate reviews which is a shame. However instead of just leaving fans hanging for another game they made a DLC ending. Is it a great solution? Hell no. However I am very glad that there was a conclusion rather than wistful hope for another game. There was also a time of brief outcry for a regular ending online when it looked like there wouldn't be a sequel. They made a very solid and downright amazing finale, and I bought it all to support a product I love. However there never will be a followup game, oh well that's how the industry works.

***** A bit like that yeah, I don't recall the pricing on that though. The Epilogue in for this game was 6.99, and in my opinion the value of the epilogue is around 10 bucks. So it isn't quite in absurd price territory unlike Destiny.

Fucking christ every time Asura fires his lock on projectile I can only hear Gyrocopter's ultimate from Dota 2. Some thin wilting old man with giant beefy golden arms flying around blasting shit. Edit: Now that I'm even further in the video I can now see they use that sound for a lot of stuff, and there's even a few more sounds I recognize. This is gonna be a long playthrough...

Seeing this uploaded made me so freaking happy. This game basically is an anime, but you can fight in the kickass fights you'd go on KZread just to rewatch because they were pretty awesome. Also, Cry, a little tip: BLAST/HIT EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE.

When the wife and daughter were introduced I instantly thought "Oh man, I recognize that character type, that wife is so gonna die isn't she" 10 minutes later: "Yep there we go, got that out of the way quickly"

Yessss I am so ready for this! Never been more ready this entire week xD

It may have been a long time since I've watched any of the Gundam franchise, but I recognize whenever I hear one of its themes. Anyway, I am so glad Cry is playing this! Just adds on to my excitement about finally graduating next week!

A game on my top ten list since it first came out. When I heard Crys voice in those opening moments of actual gameplay, it matched my own. 'Uh...Okay." the aesthetic design of this game, the world it brings, it's very much Epic in scale. In fact, it IS an epic. I look forward to seeing more of this.

Thanks for reminding me. I played the demo and said I was going to get this but never got around to it. Looks just as awesome as I though it would. Been a while since I've played one these over-the-top battle game/anime mixtures but it's always enjoyable.
