    I have a T7 and I shoot it regularly. Love it. Wanted a B&T, but I have left eye dominant problems that will not justify the cost. This seems like a sweet spot. I would love to see how this compares to the T7. Heck, I will volunteer for a woods day to run the comparison, if anyone has a CRUX308 they want to put against the T7.

    Question, are the mags proprietary? And if so, what kinds of costs are we talking? I see nothing on the website right now. Any insight into that?

    This is a great option, I'm glad you guys are putting stuff out there. I know since it's a monolithic set up it's not feasable, and you guys are a small outlet, but have you considered build kits? I think teaming up with TNA, Kodiak, and yourselves to expand the AR180 aftermarket would be great. If you guys could work together to make some bolt and carrier standardizations and aftermarket parts through TNA and then have unique build kits coming out from Spectre, SBI, Kodiak, BCL would be absolute awesomeness. Might be easier in manufacturing cost, consumer cost, and also make them more popular. I see people still running around MRA recievers.

    Looking at how they priced the Siberian to be inline with the .223/5.56 market, I'd say around 28-3000. That said the Siberian is inferior to the Templar in features better build quality than the WK180CGEN2 but not as modular or supported aftermarket wise.

    RFB is a Bullpup, the reference was regarding a Traditional Style rifle. As the Tavor 7 is also in the RFB category. You don’t see too many Precision shooters using bullpups. I’m curious to see the actual price of the BCL rifle and when it will make it’s debut for public consumption. From my understanding, it won’t be for a long while. I’m happy to give one of them a try too! 🤙

    Why put utg parts on an expensive gun? Makes it seem cheap

  • @CodeOfArms

    @CodeOfArms

    10 ай бұрын

    To put things in a fair perspective, the only parts used that are UTG are bipod that is a personal fav of mine. Flip up irons, and magazines which are also outstanding. I completely understand that line of thinking. I previously would have thought the same thing. However, have you used any of the newer UTG products? They stepped their quality up 10 fold. I had the opportunity of meeting their team at the NRA show in Indianapolis last spring. I was blown away at their current product line up and pricing. What I came to find out is that they have a 3 tier product lineup, economical, Midlevel and UTG Pro line. I was invited to tour their Michigan facilities, 3 facilities to be precise. One of which housed a 100 yard multi lane indoor shooting range. I was absolutely blow away at the QC processes that they have implemented and execute in production. Truly a state of the art facility. If you haven’t had the opportunity to explore some of their newer product lines, I highly recommend that you do. IMO their quality to affordability is unmatched.

    Tavot 7, seems like a much better rifle. I just hate how it feels and looks. Into a traditional rifle look. I did shoot tavor, x95 and 7, and honestly its just weird. The good thing, being a lefty, can move the set up for a lefty... but cannot fwt used to it and dont like it. In Prone poaition, mag reloading is super weird. Its great option who starts with this system, but might be a completely new experience for a seasoned shooter
