    I spoke with them at the show. They will be selling the uppers for a very reasonable price. There is even a restricted length upper in the works. Very good company

    Love mine and thanks for getting back to me quickly to resolve the issue I have with my Templar😊 Can’t wait to shut up those Templar haters😅 Did some testing today with a new AR15 firing pin retaining pin and it fired flawlessly and accurately 😊 Much bigger and stronger and it doesn’t turn on itself as the original does causing the firing pin to leave to bolt carrier group 😮 Might not need a new bolt after all 😊

    Could we get an exact measurement of the weight difference between gen 1 and gen 2 with a pencil barrrel?

    In theory, so long as you can get the bolt to cycle loose, you should be okay. I agree that an actual forward assist would be better, but an actual Canadian 2nd Amendment and based government would be better too, so...at the end of the day, training and coordination with inferior weapons is superior to no training and coordination with better ones. Get reps in solo and practice with your locals, that will be the difference between life or death. Good luck.

    Looks cool. But I still don't like all the screws on that seem to hold it on the front (got a gun that is held together with screws and I learned my lesson). Still if its reliable it might be worth picking up!

    Why not just add a forward assist? The empty casing method seems strange, still interested in these though.

    Because forward assists are generally stupid and a waste of engineering. This is an addition because some people are dumb.

    Yes this isn’t a feature you would use in a live fire action drill, let me find a casing and merge it forward. It’s something where as per human error, user rides the charging handle forward and gets it stuck out of battery, you could use the tactile scallops to push with your thumb. But if it would be really jammed up, substitute with a tool, or in the case being at the range without available tools, just use a casing.

    Why not just add a real forward assist that doesn't require an empty casing or whatever external tool? Kinda doesn't make sense. Might as well also have added a dust cover for the gen 2. Don't wanna be that guy criticizing everything but it seems like common sense. Hope to see this if there's a gen 3.

  • @CodeOfArms

    @CodeOfArms

    Forward assist dose not require an empty casing, you can just use your thumb, a tool or employ casing is just being referenced if the user were to improperly ride the charging handle forward and it gets stuck, it’s an alternative option to smashing on the charging handle.

    Not sure what the hell is going on with this company. I ordered my T2 nearly 2 months ago and it hasn’t shipped. Haven’t received any emails from them even though I’ve asked for updates twice. Simply ignored. It’s coming down to just disputing the credit card charge and going a different route. Very disappointing.

    That’s surprising, I inquired into the build time (gen1 earlier this year) and told me 14-20 days before shipped. Was right on the 16th day it was sent.

    I had an issue with firing pin leaving the bolt carrier after 140 rounds,,,,, reached out to them and they replied within a week saying they are sending me a new bolt carrier and that it should fixe the issue. Extremely busy company which means they are successful I believe ,,,so patience is a must and yes other manufacturers might respond quicker I agree. I love my Templar,,, it has the looks ,,,built like tank and very accurate! Can’t wait to shoot this beast again 😎 Haters who don’t own one shouldn’t trash it so quickly as it keeps getting better every year 👌
