I have some great tips for keeping edges super straight on back loop only projects. So for my first tip, instead of chaining two and counting as first stitch then turning, chain only 1 and don’t count it as a stitch so half double in every space. Also on the first stitch and last stitch only, go threw both loops, not just the back. My work comes out perfectly straight with no gaps or divots. Hope this helps someone keep their piece straight :)

That’s what I do when I crochet in the back loop…. The last stitch I go into both stitches!

I just made my first one and it turned out just right using your measurements of 40cm length chain (I used smaller yarn). I did have to frog a few rows out to fit my apparently shrunken head lol. 20cm was best for my 4 weight yarn. This is my favorite beanie yet and so so easy and super quick! Thank you Anja!

Excellent! I promised a friend a purple cat hat for this winter - she's volunteers for cat rescue group, and does a lot of trapping waiting out in the cold. I was wondering how I was going to do it - and so now I've started it. I think I will add white inner ears just to make it a little more kitty like. :)

My girls will be the three little kittens that lost their mittens for halloween, so you have any sizing suggestions for ages 8,5, and 3?

My head size is like 22inches/56cm. So I made the hat length to be 18inches/46cm. Do I have to increase or decrease the width of the hat? Btw I'm using milk cotton. Thank you

How do you get yarn ends to stay tight at top end of ears? How to tie off or weave in where will stay put? Wish you’d have shown each detail more for finishing.

Hi, I love your videos.I’m a life long knitter who learning to crochet and watching all kinds of KZread videos. I just wanted to comment that the volume is really low on some of your videos. The theme music is good but when you’re speaking it can be quite low.
