My dear - you are absolutely charming!!!! I have been making “veggie” jeon for years. I actually followed (loosely) a recipe from The NY Times that used a combination of flour and potato starch. I always wondered why the recommendation of ice water. Anyway, your video is terrific. Surprisingly, I just bought one of those flat cabbages at G-Mart. Thanks for the info. I look forward to more of your videos giving me great instruction and lots of smiles. (I’m a76 year old woman of English and Scandinavian descent) who has been blessed with Korean friends and who is an avid K-Drama fan.

Crispy veggies pancake looks yummy and Indeed, It is a trending way to eat veggies. Also remind me that Taiwanese Scallion Pancakes (台式蔥油餅 Táishì Cōng yóubǐng) that is very yummy too.

@@lookcatchu You should do it. Different countries create different flavours and cultures. I think Korean’s Veggies pancakes have more veggies and colours, you also add green scallion in it. Personally I love Korean’s veggies pancakes more ❤️

I tried this recipe but I halved it since it’s just me eating. I used mainly green onions, broccoli, carrot and zucchini. It was really good! Best attempt I ever did.
