Those who help loan sharks as runners or by harassing borrowers also face tougher punishment, including mandatory jail and possible caning. incase anyone is curious, Nyo Ah Hai was convicted and sentenced to 90 months in jail for engaging in a conspiracy to dispose of stolen property. caught on July 1st, 2015, seven years after an arrest was issued for him.

@@perrylim9728 That’s why border security is also essential in cases like this. I praised Singapore Police Force for its vigilant and its dedicated law enforcement officers.

It's real. TNP reported that the fugitive was caught in Singapore checkpoints in 2015, who was already wanted in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Since that happens, his sentence in prison will be far from over. I recalled the sunshine company scandal where he was charged in Malaysia for various charges
