The thief's baddest mistake was wearing slippers when running with his victim's phone, he should have wear covered sport shoes and not even steal from a student, he should snatch from an old person like 60 and above.

The snatch thief could've let slipped judging from the way and speed Transcom officers gave chase. Lesson learned but not learned yet. Even kids could run up the escalator in opposite direction at ease. Why officers aren't trained to do that in emergency? And always in fours? Dumb.
