I give credit to the female clerk for chasing the subject. If this happened in the U.S. the robber would have turned around and attacked her. But in the U.S. plucky staff people have fought off robbers, often unarmed so credit to her bravery in giving chase.

it's nothing to do with that guy's 'logic' as he's an actor who follows the script. if you want to be very logical and ask wtf, you can ask the writer marcus goh, the director sher khan, the producer yvonne and most importantly SPF as they are the ones who give the green light before that guy or any others deliver the lines. not the actors' logic tbh. sometimes lines can be weird but that's what THEY want so pointless to shoot the messengers by ask wtf wtf wtf. hope u get your burning question answered asap.

Singapore police most unprofessional sometimes hit people and abuse power. Not uncommon in Singapore. Sometimes deny and cover up for one another. As long as footage evidence not released what can you say.
