I love how your videos provide a great jumping off point for my creativity. I saw this live a while back and have been “cooking” a few ideas in my head. I *LOVE* the oversized cards! I don’t own a venture, nor will I likely in the future, but I CAN make big cards with my maker. It’s ironic that y’all posted this live today. I made my first oversized card as a housewarming gift. I just love it! I used all MGL fonts and cut files 😊 Thank you for being such wonderful providers of inspiration ❤

I saw another video that said the reason the colors are different is because these mats are thicker/hardier and they went with same colors for each but a different shade to differentiate them for the venture. They tried using regular mats but the venture tore them up. the venture is hard on the regular mats, it's more industrial compared to a regular cricut.

Left bottom side is where they start at 0 from to instead of left top corner. I noticed that on my new mats. Thought it was little backwards til I realized they started left bottom corner at 0
I have a Romeo as my first cutting machine and love it. Their siser design studio does need a lot of work but the good thing is I'm growing with it at the same time it's being improved, so I learn new things as it's developed.
