Instead of adding sugar and caramelizing the top, I heated the sugar with water and let it reach 118°C. Then I poured the caramel into the pudding while it cooked. SO DELICIOUS! 😍

I love everything about your videos. The way you allow us to absorb the sounds and simplicity of the cooking process is mesmerizing, and the creativity with which you craft vegan cuisine is simply inspiring. I enjoy every video, and I especially loved your whimsical banana eating moments in this video. It reminded me to stop and savor the whole ingredients I will be using because, after all, what is cooking if not an invitation to savor and nourish? Thank you so much for sharing your talent and vision.

I am enthralled with the way you produce your videos. You have an artistictouch that speaks beyond the normal. It is enlightening how you are being a teacher,a vegan spokesperson and food expert all at the same time while entertaining, challengingus in more than one way to reach for something better while soothing us. There comes across a deeper set of understanding of implications toward inner peace with the world, food, ourselves and others. Thank you.

I tried this today, the color came out different because I used brown sugar instead of cane sugar, but the flavor was still wonderful!
