I unfortunately wasn't able to improve either of these challenges from the records I set nearly two years ago. There just isn't enough there to improve. It's also pretty amazing that the strategy I used two years ago is still the most optimal today.
Optimal strategy:
Creepy Crawlies 1 (102%)
- Set the audio lure on the mid-left intersection
- Farm 10 coins using the cameras
- Deathcoin the Marionette (music box runs out at 50s)
- Turn off the power generator for about 2.6s
- Shut the mid vent during every ventilation reset (except the first one)
- Get all 4 Mebirds (1 in 4) and select soundproof with fast cymbals on the first and third one and +1% on the second and fourth one
Creepy Crawlies 2 (100%)
- Set the audio lure on the mid-left intersection
- Farm 10 coins using the cameras
- Deathcoin the Marionette (music box runs out at 25s)
- Turn off the power generator for about 7.8s
- Afton takes 2.0s to attack
- Shut the mid vent during every ventilation reset
- Get all 4 Mebirds (1 in 4) and select soundproof with fast cymbals on the first three and +1% on the fourth one
