Creative professionals, STOP doing this one thing!
If you're like me, you probably struggle with always needing to justify your actions to the people who are paying attention. You need to tell the world whenever you decide to do something different, hoping that they will give you the permission needed to forge a new path, but that's wrong.
As a veteran in this world we call professional creativity, I can say without a doubt, that the best path is to just go do the things and let the world figure out whether they want to come along or not. Your path is your own, so do that thing and forget waiting for approval.

My disclaimer
So Dave what are you teaching exactly? Is it design for product or basic design and tools? Do you have product or clients? Do you just teach! It’s all good just wondering what your current thing is. I personally just make products in print. Been on my own for 12 years before that was a corporate ho for 15 years. I quit my marketing clients a few years back. It was just easier for me.
