Only those with really strong necks will understand this design process.
The reason the colours change from RGB to CMYK is the process. RGB uses Red, Green, Blue and mixes everything together. It relys on the lightness and darkness of your screen to show shades. In print we need colour separation and values, which is why it's broken down to Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. And each of those has a value, which is mixed at the print process. They will never match exactly, always best to work purely in CMYK if you plan to get it printed as it's easier to work with correct colours, than fix it when the customer comes back unhappy lol
