Hi Sonia, you cook well speak well, so all is well. I notice that searing of marinated chicken is to be done on low flame( others say on high heat), shall follow next time, thanks good luck & keep cooking

I cooked Coconut Chicken according to yr recipe and it came out delicious. I think most os yr recipes are awesome. By the way yr English is pretty good.👍🏼😊🙏

in d Konkan region, Goa ..this is how chicken is prepared...its more of dry coriander, dry red chilly and grated coconut nut paste and little onion which is roasted before putting it into grinder.....
