Meri Ammi v banati h coconut rice but usme sugar dalti h or last me fry onion v dalke dum lagati h o bhi bohot yummy banti h aap ki dish v yummy bohot Hogi hum log jarur try krenge

I'm from Kerala living in mumbai. It's our traditional way of cooking to add coconut milk in gravys. You can make egg curry also in the same style by adding coconut milk and in coconut oil. It tastes divine with appam, roti, puri. . Infact we make chana gravy also by adding coconut milk.
