Cream Cheese Condensed Milk Buttercream Recipe

Learn how to make this easy Cream Cheese Condensed Milk Buttercream. This recipe is not too sweet but you can add powdered sugar if you want to.
You can also replace half of the amount of the butter with vegetable shortening, this will help buttercream becomes more stable when it is humid.
Store in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator for a month or 2 months in the freezer.
If you live in a cold country like me, use room temperature condesed milk. Microwave buttercream for 7 seconds intervals so it will be easy for you to spread it onto your cake.
Use cold condensed milk if you live in a humid country.

    Thank you SO much for this. I'm just so sorry I didn't have this a few days ago when I had to decorate 250 cupcakes - in the tropics where nothing holds form - and was having the time of my life trying to stop the frosting from falling flat.

    Hi yes you let it thaw a little so its not frozen and beat it for a little bit before use.

    Hi, sometimes it depends to the butter and condensed milk you use and you need to beat the butter until creamy and the color is lighter. There are condensed milk the consistency is too thin.
