Crawlin' the Hume is a parade of classic trucks which travels from Melbourne to Albury, on the Vic/NSW border, and follows what's left of the Victorian section of the old Hume Highway, highway 31. The Hume Highway is one of Australia's busiest freight routes, and runs between Australia's two biggest cities, Melbourne and Sydney. Although most towns have been bypassed, sections of the old alignment still remain, and some consider it Australia's version of America's route 66.
