You'we just fixed my car man, thanks. After the whole diesel pump and filter inspection/cleaning it didnt run, but the thing with the solenoid fixed the problem, just had to "wake him up" a little. Car works thankss 🤙🏼🤟🏼✌️

Hi Mr. DIYer, I've been watching almost all your videos about Diesel engines. Currently, I finished watching this vid, and I have a liitle concern regarding my 4m40 Engine. First start in the morning after long park or no use of the vehicle, it starts with no fuss and one-click smooth. Now my concern was after a drive and I parked it for a while and try to start it again, I observed some cranking maybe 1-2 seconds before the engine will start - which I believe I did not encounter before. I am wondering what causes it to behave like that. Maybe you can enlighten me. Thank you so much!

I wpuld stary by cleaning the battery terminals

Good tutorial but in this case it also be the glow plugs bad or the connection for the glow plugs not getting any voltage.

Hi, I have a problem with glow plugs. The problem is turning the key in contact. Reles do not work. But when starting. These begin to work repeatedly. What would be the problem? Some say it is a ground problem but I cannot find the ground. (Pajero 1990 2.5 intercooler)

im not really particular with brands when it comes to hoses. i would suggest measure the barb tube of which uou want to connect.most of the time if its a japanese vehicle it will be metric measurement either 4 or 6 or 8mm.

every Time I have to start my 1992 pajero exceed I have to pump it manually at the fuel pump but after I have started the engine it is now easier to start the engine but after about 12 hours, I have to manually pump it again just to start the engine again. do you know any solution for this? or do I have to change my fuel pump?

Bakit po madalas mapundi ung shutoff solinoid ko.nkadalawa n po akong palit.pero kpag lumamig na solinoid .gumagana n sya. Sa ngaun tinangal ko muna ung needle.sa kambyo n ako nagpapatay ng makina.salamat sa sagot

Depends on whats cauaing the problem. If you rev yhe engine and feels as though its choking or has no power then check 1. Air/ fuel filter 2. Bleed air out of fuel line 3. Leaking or worn out pump and or injectors 4. Clogged catalytic converter 5. Adjust fuel enrichment screw kzread.info/dash/bejne/iIt215dso7HIkdY.html If however you rev the engine and it feels like power is not being transfered then you migjt want to check transmission.

Maybe your battery is getting old and weak, thats why its hard to start even when engine is still hot after long drive, you may have a 12volts rating but the amps is getting less to crank your engine.

It only works sa mga lumang diesel engines na may mechsnical injection pump...pero pag ang CRDI diesel engine ang nag crank but no start makaksmot mo nalang ang ulo mo lalo na pag wala kang scan tools
