Bro that is not from crank that is from your pedals service the pedals otherwise change the pedal axle and service your bottom bracket
I have bought this... but i have dout... is having models in it...becasue they claiming alloy breaks i recived plastics,suspension colour also different,tyre mentioned was himlayan i recived is micor octave.So i have dout is it branded or what .. now you are saying both deraluar are altus...mine front is Tourney please comment

This is an old review; the specifications could have been updated. According to recent information, it now features Altus as the rear derailleur and Tourney as the front derailleur.

When we got the bike it was altus and recently there was a change in spec and all new batch of cycle comes with FD wit tourney and Rd with altus
